Rest of team would help views? , but maybe Plan B.

I dislike Townsend and Chilwell so getting rid of either is a plus.
So as it stands

Ramsdale
TAA Cancelo (Chilwell) White Duffy
Salah Raph Foden Townsend Burnley Filler
Kane Antonio Hwang

0.7m in the bank, so no immediate worries with players values tweaking.

But if it was Chilwell to James, you'd have the risk of White benched for a decent home game, or the risk of benching a Townsend and playing 4.
Townsend seems to have dropped his early season form, whilst Smith Rowe is on form. And in fairness it's not like United have a good recent years record against Arsenal anyway.

ps ta chaps.
Will see what fantasy scout reckons about things too.

A big rival has smugly been working the Smith Rowe angle for weeks now, so would be good to shut him down.

If you can handle the price rise James is likely to have tonight, then ESR makes sense.

Either way though, both play one easy and one hard in the next two so won't make too much difference long run.

Although my hunch says this is the week Saka finally outscore ESR... ESR expected data is shite and he's been massively over performing.
Fantasy scout shares your Saka loving interestingly.
They have James too.

I guess James could still easily haul against us, and it gets him in place early doors, shutting down any latest missed haul from him. And counters anyone with Rudiger too.
@Paul_Scholes18 is prob right about it being a bit dodgy holding an injured player too, and while I'm not as big on value as @Moby is, when I know I'll get James soon, ignoring tonight's rise isn't great.

Think I'll do that, and then play 4 at the back, bench Townsend (who I expect few have anyway), but is cover along with Duffy for Foden if he doesn't appear.
Avoids an Arsenal triple up too. Then next week can decide what's needed in shipping Townsend for someone, or even Foden to reshape things.

Ramsdale
TAA Cancelo James White (Duffy)
Salah Foden Raph (Townsend, Burnley)
Kane Antonio Hwang

Will be nervous at Wolves goal alerts, having shipped Jimi for Hwang.
Norwich :nervous:

My rival has Hwang. I sold Jimenez. 3-0 Wolves, Hwang scores all three (all assisted by Jimenez). Guaranteed.
Now I've switched them, I fear that Hwang is one of these guys who has a totally unsustainable hit rate. It's something like 4 goals from not many more shots.
Plays outwide, whilst Jimi is their main focus.

Obviously when I had Jimi, he seemed to do jack all.

I am thinking about doing Foden to Jota again. Can't find any news when Firmino is back.

Anyway when Salah gets his rest Jota should start.

Was going to bench Antonio, but read somewhere he has a good record against city?

Worth playing him?

Foden gets 2 tomorrow.
I can't guarantee if that's goals or points. But it'll be 2.

Trent - Rudiger - White - Cancelo (livra)
Salah - ESR - Gallagher - Mount (Raphina)
Hwang - Kane (Toney)

Currently a bit of a selection headache.

Back 4 is grand livra is playing Lpool, last on bench.

MF - raph has Brighton which isnt bad, ESR has newcastle, Mount us… and Gallagher Villa…. Would you sub out Gallagher or Mount for Raph?

Similarly Toney has Everton… not bad but Hwang has Norwich…?

leave it as is or get Raph/Toney involved?

Ramsdale
TAA Cancelo James
Salah Son Raphinha ESR Foden
Antonio Toney

Foster, Livramento, Chilwell, Davis

Tricky one this week. Really want Jota in but god knows who to take out. Tempted to lose Foden for a few weeks before bringing back in when I'm done with Son. Chilwell will definately be swapped for Alonso more than likely next week. Not keen at all on Antonio's next 3-4 fixtures but think he'll be my route to Ronaldo the same week I downgrade Son.

Not sure what my FT this week will be then or whether worth taking a hit.

Great squad to have this week. Personally I'd bench White, Mount and Livra. Toney will definitely troll you otherwise

I think the best transfer in this week is Jota so pretty certain that's the move I'm gonna make with the doubts over Foden. Not worth taking a -4 to bring in Alonso for Chilwell as it would be the difference between starting Alonso and Antonio. I think both could end up with 2 pointers so it's not worth it

@Moby I just woke up after dreaming that Foden gets a 1 pointer whilst Jota gets 2 goals... I think it's a sign.

Let's take the -4 for Jota!

Personally I would sell Saka for Smith Rowe and then Antonio to Kane.

Ben White or Callum Wilson? Who to bench?

Hate this kind of decision:wenger:
Personally I would always pick the attacker over the defender.

Plus with White you are depending on a clean sheet for points as he's not a defender that will likely to get a goal or assist.

 Im sorry for ruining your dreams.

Foden survived the price fall now. Might as well keep him.
I think I'm taking my second hit of the season for Jota.

With games coming thick and fast, he will get more minutes over the winter season compared to Foden I believe.

That enables me to do Mbuemo to a Gallagher GW14.

Then roll transfer GW15.

Kane to Ronaldo GW16.

Toney and Duffy to Alonso and King/Dennis GW17.

It'll mean I get Alonso later than I wanted but the games I miss are Watford, West Ham & Leeds. I'm ok with that.

By then I might not even want Alonso and get Shaw instead of United look good...

Yes think you are right. Newcastle with a more advanced approach under Howe has a good chance to score i think.

Kane in, Ronaldo out.

I feel that Ronaldo as a super sub will have his moments in a few gameweeks time and Spurs are having sooo easy fixtues next, so let's see what happens.

I might just hold off on Jota. I don’t think it’s likely to happen, given fans from all over the country will already be on there way there.

The wind won’t help Klopp’s hoof ball anyway.

This Foden carryon has caused me stress. Why can't Pep just talk sense. Think I might hold him, really doesn't sound too bad. To get Jota in that means ditching Raphinha then which is a bold enough move. If Foden doesn't play it means Antonio and Livra both starting with shite fixtures. Not ideal

feck it, did it. Foden out for Jota for -4. Second hit of the season. The rushed nature of this transfer (which came from a dream I had yesterday) will lead to tears I'm sure of it
