Fantasy Premier League 25/26

I'm going to reverse jinx Rogers, the guy has been a absolute pile of nothing for weeks now.

Him and Semenyo have been a double act from the devils anus this second half of the season.

Damn Villa! Martinez has been a disaster in goal. I kept faith with him cause it’s Burnley….how wrong was I! I am going to guess Watkins won’t score today either. I’m on the beach, boys!
Wish this kind of jinxing worked for me too! Martinez assist for a Watkins goal. Happy for you. :annoyed:

Thanks Rogers for being useless for the two matches I needed him in. CP double trap classic FPL.

Rice is shit for FPL. Nothing but 1 clean sheet point or the occasional 2 for defcons for 7 weeks in a row now. Those corner assists have dried up, and while he was never a prolific goalscorer so has the odd goal.

2, 3, 4 or 5 points for nearly every week for getting on for half a season now. Like a worse Elliot Anderson.

Still, it's not all bad. Gabriel with 11 and Raya with 9 for me, and while it didn't move the needle much due to loads of others having both it did just a little bit.

81 with the second triple up on City/TC Haaland to go.

Hard to decide which loser out of Wilson and Rogers to bin for next week and an even harder decision who to bring in to replace one of them

Thinking Brighton/ Bournemouth midfielder as they have something to play for? Any suggestions?

Hmm my next move was Pedro to Gyokeres but now im not sure. Probably better to go with another Arsenal defender.

I've only 0.1 in the bank so I'm going with Darlow

This upcoming week at home to Brighton or the final week away at West Ham? Wouldn't have thought there's that much in it, although home advantage usually best.

I'm fairly flexible, 1.0m left and 4 transfers. Might even do something weird and end up with a 5.5m bench goalie after shuffling the pack if it looks good.

Could just jump to Weiss who was in net for Burnley today. That Wolves ficture still looks somewaht temptiong, even for a team like Burnley.

Annoyingly I just want an extra keeper for next week's bench boost in my head to head and he's what I could afford. Weiss is a good shout though for wolves.

Im in the same boat.

Struggling to decide. As I can see me taking Pedro out and him hauling vs Tottenham

Get ready for Pep Roulette tonight.

Pray he plays Triple Captain Haaland.

Mothafecka has benched Haaland. O’Reilly not even in the squad. Semenyo might do something for those who have him.

Is this a sign City have given up on the title fight?

Brutal. Five players with doubles and only one is starting tonight

Only just realised Sarr is benched too. At least he scored first game.

O’Reilly captain might have finished my season, the stupid prick.

Feck me in the arse

Hope Palace smash the idiot. Rotating in such an important fixture
I get the take from a fantasy POV but Palace themselves are resting players like Sarr and Wharton and already have 1,5 eye on the conference league final later this month.

Makes total sense to rest a few key players and make sure you at least don't end the season trophyless on the weekend.

Even though I had Haaland TC, this has worked out well for me. Only guy above me in my home league also had TC on him but has Cherki and Nico, I have Semenyo and Guehi. Thanks Pep !

96 all out. Turns out both Guehi and Semenyo would've out scored Haaland as triple captain but no accounting for Pep roulette. Meh.

Rogers got to go this week.

Thinking for one of Trossard, KDH, Ndiaye or Bruno G.

What say you @Dirty Schwein after your inspired Hinshelwood pick last weekend?

This is a tough week. You would assume Arsenal will go for the kill against Burnley so Tossard seems like the obvious pick but Arsenal do share the points around.

I have no more space for Arsenal players so I'm likely going for one of KDH (Ndiaye has pens but KDH seems a lot more involved) or Szoboslai as Liverpool still have motivation.

Yeah only Arsenal defenders I can afford are Hincapie, Mosquera or Lewis Skelly (for Bogle).

Rogers to Trossard is much more appealing but would actually leave me having to bench one of my front 8 (Saka, Bruno, Hinshelwood, Semenyo, Trossard, Haaland, Thiago, Pedro).

I guess rolling is also an option.

Let's see who my semi final opponent in the cup is first.
