Another season of pain and nerve breaking moments. And we all love it.
 
I do not feel at all ready for this but excited for another season of bad decisions.
 
My first impressions after checking the prices:

- there is no 4.0 playing GK
- FWD options are cheap, but really underwhelming again
- defenders are a bit expensive (generally)
- you can make a solid team with Bruno & Haaland in

I did some drafts and Haaland is not worth it, imo. Especially if you want to go for BB in first GW.
There are so many great options in midfield which you will miss if you go with Haaland.

But....still early to make final conclusion. In this moment, i very much like my no Haaland team.
 
Bruno at 12m is a bigger trap than Haaland. He's obviously a fine player - grand even - but 24 assists last year is an outlier if you look at his previous years, in which he was already very productive.

Could be different form for him in a world cup year, but gotta have a wild card escape plan for Haaland if doing it so.

The guy is usually a monster in the first 6 gameweeks. Imagine everybody captains him and you don't own him.

Looks like Samid has renewed the Caf league. But he's still MIA here, so no way to get the league code for new joiners for the time being @Chipper
 
I need to stop flopping around with decisions this year and stick to a plan. I am going to BB first week and build the team on that basis. It cuts down on all the mad variations that are possible.
 
So many people going for Mosquera on YouTube. Timber is first choice RCB over Mosquera no? They also have Califoiri who can play CB.

It is still way too early to share teams (because that would change 100 times in next 4 weeks) but i am doing this just to point out on Haaland team and no Haaland team. I am doing BB in GW 1 so i need decent bench too.

Haaland team is only weak due to Bruno. Taking him out frees up a lot of funds for elsewhere whilst keeping Haaland.

How is Kroupi a midfielder ffs. This game.
 
Anyone used the autopick feature? Tried it with balanced squad option for funds spread amongst players and also amongst attack/defense. I don't think these options were there previously?

Anyways, landed on this. Obviously the midfield suffers but I don't hate it.

I am surprised that Isak isn't picked much more. Only 12% so far.
Easy schedule, match fit, only striker while Ekitike is out.....

If you go without Haaland then he is the clear favorite for your team but with Haaland you need to save money so going with Isak is overkill.
 
Got a draft with Isak, haaland and Bruno. Midfield is pretty brutal but I'm debating it...
