But I can't think of any average Bundesliga game in which Wirtz struggled. He struggled when our team was dominated.
There is no player who has never had difficulties in high intensity games, not even Messi. The question is if he has had more difficulties than others and there's been no pattern of that in his career.

And other diminutive players like David Silva and Bernardo Silva have been great in the league, because their intelligence and technique have been at such a high level that their lack of standout physical traits was negated.
