I think a male keeper would have saved that. Wasn't in the corner, but a good hit nonetheless.

The officials put up a South Korea flag beside the North Korean womens faces before the game. They, rightly, stormed off and refused to play.

Absolute morons.

Without meaning to sound hugely sexist here, Martha could walk into most men's teams.

Apparently on the PA they played "bonkers" by Dizzee Rascal right after this. Is this a WUM or something?

From what I saw of the Korea game, the standard was shite. Summed up by that attempt at goalkeeping at the end.

1-0 Barrada for Morroco, linking up well with Labyad and finishing off with a cracking half volley.

1-1 Bengtson with a good instinctive finish.

Morocco are a good counter-attacking side. Lots of pace which Labyad is a key part of. He looks like your typical winger, quick and tricky.

Suarez at Old Trafford today then, hope he gets hounded with abuse all game. Prick
I'm surprised RAWK haven't organised a day trip/pilgrimage to the game to support their hero.

Bergdich sent off for a stupid kick out. Didn't help that Martinez went down like a fairy.

Ended 2-2 and for Olympic football and two countries you don't hear much about it was a decent game.

Spain : De Gea, Dominguez, Martinez, Martinez, Alba, Lopez, Rodrigo, Mata, Koke, Montoya, Isco
Subs: Azpilicueta, Munain, Botia, Romeu, Tello, Herrera, Marino

Japan: Gonda, Tokunaga, Ohgihara, Sakai, Yoshida, Otsu, Higashi, Nagai, Suzuki, Yamaguchi, Kiyotake
Subs: Muramatsu, Yamamura, Sugimoto, Sakai, Usami, Saito, Ando

Spain are crazily good.

This young Spanish team seems to lack the discipline of the Senior side but with that it makes them play more attacking styled football with their possession which makes for a good game.
