Unfortunately, that's the truth. If they were to ban them for an year or two from their competitions, maybe then only clubs will start to take their rules seriously. Few hundred thousand fine is nothing.

Isn’t this just what we’ve all been saying for years? Serious questions should be asked about any club that has sponsors and spends like they do and not even fill their stadium.

The problem is that nothing will be done about it as City will just keep throwing money at the problem until it disappears.

Hopefully someone will piss off the Americans again and the FBI will get involved because absolutely no one in this country or at UEFA/FIFA will do anything about this.
