Mine is fine, hth.
Go to Serie A. Big league that isn't really dominated by a super team.I'm at the stage with Partizan where I'm keeping an eye out for the right job to take at the end of the season but nothing is really coming up. I do this a lot and end up having to do another year at a club, and I never want to leave mid season because I'll likely win the league and won't get credit for it if I resign.
Just interviewed for the Lyon job but didn't get it. I'm wary of going to France or Germany though cause I'll just get dominated by Bayern/PSG. A move to Belgium would be quite cool. Or maybe if someone like Sporting or Porto would take me.
Forgot about that. Will see if anything comes up.Go to Serie A. Big league that isn't really dominated by a super team.
Much appreciatedMine is fine, hth.
I've been using Flut skin for years. Maybe there are better ones out there, but I like the comfort of having a good and familiar layout readily available every year, as they always release it asap. What skin are you peeps using?
OPZ Elite Blackout. Works fine in my laptop. What skin are you peeps using?
You only got the job todayI've been sacked already! This isn't gonna be easy lol! I was doing well but a few shaky results and they sacked me. High expectations with Bodø/Glimt
Been playing a lot since I started but yeah I felt it was very harsh. I finished the season when I came and moved up like 5 or 6 positions. Start if new season I had an average start and they pulled the trigger where as I felt I could still hit top 3You only got the job today
It's generally a bit easier to get sacked with lower badges/reputation or on your initial contracts because they will be for 1 year or so.
Onwards and upwards though!
FMScout should have them.Haven't played this since 2016. Where's the best place to get the player and logo packs? I'm on sortitoutsi at the moment and the bastards want me to pay to download them.
Thanks Chief.FMScout should have them.
Contract talks with Brandon Williams. Was on loan first season, not a very good loan spell as well. Wants to be an Important player...
We've all been there......
Sounds interesting. At least it comes with some struggles and it will feel better when you do succeed. Not sure if anyone cares but just leaving a little update on my save. I must say that im struggling but im determined to improve. I usually just pick a good team and play a bit and fall off with boredom so this is different.
Bodo/Glimt offered me job
Finished their season decent moving up several places
Expectations were high for new season
After 8 games i was mid table
Sacked after losing 3-1 to Champions Rosenborg
Struggled to get a job but eventually bottom place Mjondalen gave me a chance
Got out of relegation zone with a good run
Fell back in the playoff spot after a few losses to finish the season
Lost the game and got relegated.
The good news is - When i took over they didnt expect to stay up so Im there for another year (I think)
I feel i can easily get promoted and do well in Norwegian Prem. The run of form at the end was due to my squad being so small. My first 11 fully fit was doing very very well. Outside of that i struggled with any subs/rotation.
Its so frustrating as anything ive ever done before i have had great depth in my squads. I'll play a few more days and leave an update. If i havent left an update i most likely got sacked and the laptop was smashed to piecesSounds interesting. At least it comes with some struggles and it will feel better when you do succeed.
Can anyone answer this?Where is the best place to buy it from? Still CDkeys? Shopto have removed it for some reason. Anyone thinking it's worth waiting till black friday?
Probably CD Keys yeah. Can anyone answer this?
Thinking I’ll get someone to buy it me for Christmas
The Feyenoord job would be great? Good chance of winning a title, where as if you go to Lens you arent gonna compete with PSG even if you have a wonder seasonSo my Partizan contract expired and I'm still manager? I'm guessing its just a rolling one now.
I've been offered the Lens job but asked to delay a week. I've applied for the Netherlands national team job and also the Feyenoord role. I'm not sure if it's better to just wait it out and see who gets sacked early on next season.
Yeah it's just I was already in Holland, but only in the second division. Seems my best bet atm though, can't be doing another year in Serbia. The Feyenoord job would be great? Good chance of winning a title, where as if you go to Lens you arent gonna compete with PSG even if you have a wonder season
Not read all your story - How many years? Clubs? Achievements? Sorry for being a nosey git but just curious about so many things.Right. Back to Holland I go, new Feyenoord manager.
It's 2025 for me.Not read all your story - How many years? Clubs? Achievements? Sorry for being a nosey git but just curious about so many things.
I love a 442 or a 4231 with high intensity but im not sure it can work with teams with 13-15 decent players only. Do you have a different approach when doing these type of saves?
Can't be doing too badly if they kept you in the job so you'll have a good chance at coming straight back up. That will probably open up your job options as well. Not sure if anyone cares but just leaving a little update on my save. I must say that im struggling but im determined to improve. Yeah thats why im asking. My tactic is great but kills my players. My intensity is pretty high but thats what makes it so good when everyone fit enough. It's 2025 for me.
Started as an unemployed Sunday league footballer and got the Helmond Sport job in Dec 2021. Finished 6th in my first season with them and won the Dutch Second Division the year after. Then moved to Partizan Belgrade in 2023 and have just won two consecutive titles and a domestic cup.
I make my own tactics but currently going for a vertical tiki-taki style. Wingbacks push high, we press high but retain possession when we win it back. I ease off on those tactics if winning a game comfortably, to save energy.
Yeah im optimistic about this team. The board were nice to me haha, Bodo Glimt expected miracles. My aim is straight back up via auto promotion and then either win the premier with this team or place euro spots before moving on
Can't be doing too badly if they kept you in the job so you'll have a good chance at coming straight back up. That will probably open up your job options as well.
What a boring tactic - boooo.2nd season with Newcastle ended with us winning the league. We switched tactics to a traditional 4-3-3 this year (proper boring), led to us conceding 41 goals less . Made some good signings as well. That CB pairing felt insanely good, Costa was quality in goal and Isak has just been crazily good for me with 69 goals in 69 games over the two seasons we've had him. Antony from Ajax was a bit of a let down no matter what role I player him in. Dani Alves was a starter for the 1st half of the season as well.
Think I might leave that save where it is for a while and either pick a team from a smaller nation or finally complete the pentagon challenge having got bored when I was 4/5 last year.
Things like 433 and 4231 are a bit though.What a boring tactic - boooo.
Oh yeah I know, I'm agreeing.Things like 433 and 4231 are a bit though.
No, I'm with you on that. I also for years found it very difficult to get my ahead around asymmetrical systems because of how they look on the tactics screen.Oh yeah I know, I'm agreeing.
I'm gonna sound a bit daft, but there's something about the look of the 433 (41221) and 4231 on the screen that bores me. Even a 4411 or 4141 with a flat midfield 4 seems more palatable somehow. I was doing well in my second Newcastle season with 4231, but it was boring so I changed to a 352 (which I didn't really have the players for) and struggled a bit from then on.
