Remember there was some ridiculous stat where Jelavic scored 20+ one touch goals in succession during his time at Everton.

Not that this proves it:
He only scored 21 goals for Everton. One of many strikers that looked good at the start then destroyed by Moyes

Not that this proves it:
If Ronaldo or Messi had the composure of pre-drugs Jardel it would be very very scary. His goals/shots stats were so amazing. He was bang average or mediocre doing everything else, though.

Ozil- occasionally does an impression of a player who gives a feck!

Barry Ferguson and his sideways passing

So much to the point that Scottish fans outside of Rangers universally call him Barry the Crab.

My favourite thing about the McGeady flick is that on one of the Fifa games Ea became so incompetent that they made it so McGeady couldn't do the skill move he created.
 That's fantastic. Was it still called the McGeady spin?

Becks, made a career out of 1 touch and ping/cross
I'd say he made a career out of being able to place a ball wherever he wanted given an inch of space. His free kicks felt like they would more likely go in than not too.

Wan-Bissaka - slide tackling.

He's a professional slide tackler.

We paid £50m for a professional slide tackler.

Rui Costa - he was insanely good at playing with his socks down and nutmegs, really had nothing else going for him at all.

Queresma with the outside of the foot shot

Fellaini with his chest control.

Robben with cutting inside and shooting (maybe a bit harsh to include him here)

What others are there?
This challenge is too easy. What about those who do only one thing and still world class?

Antonio Valencia - Refuses to touch the ball with his left foot!

And somehow still got pass midfielders and defenders!
I think I remember Valencia intentionally using his left foot maybe twice - one was a goal and the other was an assist.

I would say Maguire, but he excels in all aspects of being spectacularly shite. Bar aerial duels.

Think many mentions here are not one trick ponies but footballers with trademark moves. Robben e.g. had so much more to his game than his cutting inside.

If we are talking about trademark moves:

Iniesta/Laudrup: La croqueta
Kroos/Herrera: First touch shuffle
Lahm/Nainggolan: Backheel tackle
Quaresma/Rosicky: Outside of the foot crosses/shots
Busquets: Fake pass
Özil: Passing/finishing by bouncing the ball into the pitch
Cruyff: Cruyff turn
Zidane: Roulette
Ronaldinho: Elastico
Robinho/Cristiano: Step overs
Maradona: Overhead crosses
Ronaldo: Rounding the keeper
Messi/Raul: Lobs over the keeper
Okocha/Neymar: Okocha flick
Totti: backheel
