There's nothing to "understand" about FIFA here. They're on the wrong side of history, they should be told that in no uncertain terms.I do understand FIFA's situation in that you can set a precedent and it's difficult where to draw the line.

Yeah, people hopefully know very well what you stand for now. What you have achieved here is to make people realize precisely what it means that you "took the knee": nothing. It means absolutely nothing coming from you.People know who we stand for, people know this group of players. We took a knee as we felt we could make a difference. There are other things where we can't make a difference, so we have to channel our energy in other directions.
