That was the original plan but I thought this method is actually fairer (imagine the arguments of what games faces what game ). We can do something like that in the future though...

Yep. Got close a few times but just didn't make it. I was shocked. Not a huge fan of them myself (I did love Link To The Past) but I always assumed they're beloved games so to see none here is strange.

Because Round 9 was focused on exclusives, which tend to be AAA titles so to offset that, Round 10 focused on indie games. These were both bonus rounds and in terms of discussion and recommendations, the indie round was probably the best one!

Despite me and @Moby messing around, this is not actually true.

I was originally going to do a wildcard round where anyone can vote for any game and the top 2 would make it through but someone in Round 9 suggested doing an indie round and then I thought that made sense considering we had a AAA titles round in round 9.

Ultimately, there was only 2 from the indie round that went through vs. 28 other titles.

Not even close. That one had GTA V vs God of War as its "final". There are a lot more credible choices here in the final round.

I guess this way we can list out TOP 30 games whereas the other way, it's mainly designed to show the TOP 3 games...
