Grealish has a 5 or 6/10 season, Sancho has a 3 or 4/10.
Grealish potentially playing with Salah and Mane would have been devastating imo. I think you challenge city a lot closer than you are now.I'd have Sancho as he's younger and I can't stand Grealish.
And yeah, he might be having a poor season, but tbf to him, he's very young, in a new league and in a dysfunctional team.
no doubt we need a Grealish type more than Sancho. But Jack’s just the ultimate English lad going to Magaluf shouting rule Britania by the pool every day stereotype, so I’d be conflicted.Grealish potentially playing with Salah and Mane would have been devastating imo. I don't agree.. Sancho would have been an excellent addition for Liverpool.no doubt we need a Grealish type more than Sancho. But Jack’s just the ultimate English lad going to Magaluf shouting rule Britania by the pool every day stereotype, so I’d be conflicted.
And also we could really do with another wide forward.
I’d say the significant Irish heritage makes that pretty unlikely.no doubt we need a Grealish type more than Sancho. But Jack’s just the ultimate English lad going to Magaluf shouting rule Britania by the pool every day stereotype, so I’d be conflicted.
like I said, we could definately do with another wide forward to rotate with Mane and Salah. But I think a creative midfielder is more urgent.I don't agree.. Sancho would have been an excellent addition for Liverpool.
makes what unlikely?I’d say the significant Irish heritage makes that pretty unlikely.
Regrettably I held that view. Huge error by Ole not to rock the boat more in 2020 and demand that the owners fund a move for Grealish over VDB. Mitten mentioned in his podcast a few years ago that Grealish’s agent was waiting for a United approach that summer and it never came.Remember VDB being heralded as the Grealish alternative
The rule Britannia bitmakes what unlikely?
What do you mean what? Tell me what this 26 year old has done in his career. Please I’m waiting, just stop this this crazy unnecessary hype.
Wow. Plays at a certain angle, the same angle De Bryune scored so what exactly? Grealish wouldn’t have scored that goal in a million years.I didn't say he scored a lot of goals. But Grealish plays at a certain angle - its the angle that de bryune scored his goal at.
Grealish's goals always tended to come at that angle.
Now Grealish is pretty much holding the touchline which is a complete different position to the position he was excelling at.
Still believe both will do well. Sancho will be a star eventually. Grealish will be good but always a cog in they City machineI wonder what peoples thoughts are now? Both players have not lived up to expectations.
I do wonder if Grealish would be better suited to our style than Sancho now.
Weird that. Two players playing in a team with unlimited resources and time to bed in doing better than two players in transitional and dysfunctional teams.Monsterous gap between both players progression. It feels like the Haaland v Nunez comparisons in pre-season.
Very poor excuse for Sancho’s performances.Weird that. Two players playing in a team with unlimited resources and time to bed in doing better than two players in transitional and dysfunctional teams.
C. Ronaldo vs Le Tallec ended up alright for us, I suppose.Have we ever come out the right side of these X vs Y transfer things?
No, it's just a comparison that needs more nuance than your flattening of it. Grealish may turn out to be the better bet but there are a lot of significant additional factors that can't be ignored. City are the best side in the world at the moment ffs while we are... not.Very poor excuse for Sancho’s performances.

Grealish would be a million times better for us then Sancho has been. He's a far, far superior footballer.Weird that. Two players playing in a team with unlimited resources and time to bed in doing better than two players in transitional and dysfunctional teams.
Suggesting we are a dysfunctional team this season isn’t going to wash. We’ve had plenty of players this season who have thrived and are contenders for best players in the league. We have one of the leading scorers in the premier league who’s thriving in this supposed dysfunctional and transitioning team. There’s a point where excuses start running dry for Sancho’s lack of progress. Maybe let’s give him another 2 years I guess. No, it's just a comparison that needs more nuance than your flattening of it.
