Not just songs which had a great bassline but ones where the bass absolutely screams out and what the song is centered around. I'll start with something popular otherwise but probably not the first name that comes to mind for this. It's not Rush or Iron Maiden but just the first 5 seconds of that bassline send me into orgasm. Mark Adams in absolute God mode.

Bald and plays bass.

I'm starting to think you're my twin.

Anyway, the album version of Space Cowboy was definitely the most fun to learn. Arguably Zender's best Jamiroquai bass line, even though he didn't actually play it.

Kendrick’s backseat freestyle is what immediately came to mind. My go to song for testing bass out in new headphones.

Should probably pick Schism, but 46 & 2 has always mesmerized me.

Are most YT videos showing up as unavailable for everyone else now? I know it happened before but it seems like something changed...

Feet up at home.
The Doors' Roadhouse Blues is another one that always stuck in my head - not bad I've picked two now seeing as they didn't have a regular bassist.

I played bass in a few bands and it’s hard to say what the greatest bass lines are but some of my favourites that make the tracks what they are include:

Then baselines that just make want to move.
