It's been talked about at UEFA and the Premier League. Now FIFA:

    Link.

What FIFA, Premier League and UEFA all seem to draw on is the recent evolution and the Raoila case is highlighted. A cap on fees would be the best measure IMV.

Common sense, so surely this won't be implemented by any of the governing bodies?

That all of them are holding meetings about this I think suggests otherwise. I'm hoping anyway.

It's a disgrace that Raiola earnt £41m off one transfer. How was that even allowed? It's like an estate agent taking commission from both the buyer and the seller.
