Yeah it's a beautiful game
Probably a weird question for a rogue like but how repetitive is it?
I usually feel like I’m wasting my time if I have to do the same stuff over and over.

I mean it is essentially the same rooms every single run. What changes are the boons and the dialogue progression - which is a joy because there is countless hours of it. But if you don't enjoy the gameplay then it will be a tough sell.

If you don't like repetition then roguelites and roguelikes are best avoided.

Myself, I can't seem to get enough of them for some reason.

I see them as being like a game of solo chess with random unpredictable modifiers. Binding of Isaac has had about 700 hours out of me now
