Hull City Association Football Club - nicknamed: The Tigers, are a professional football club based in Hull, England. They were founded on 28 June 1904 after previous attempts to found a football club had proved difficult because of the dominance in the city of rugby teams such as Hull FC and Hull Kingston Rovers. Hull's greatest achievement in cup competitions until 2014 was in 1930, when they reached the FA Cup semi-finals. The cup run saw Hull knock out the eventual champions of the Second and Third Divisions; Blackpool and Plymouth Argyle. They then knocked out Manchester City, and Newcastle United in the quarter-finals. After decades of turbulence, and languishing in lower leagues, Hull had a revival in fortunes at the start of the 21 st century - earning back to back promotions to the Championship in the mid 2000s, and subsequently to the Premier League in 2008. Hull's most prominent rivalries include Leeds United and Sheffield United; and they play their home games at the KCOM Stadium, Kingston upon Hull.

Yip, We look like a serious team again and one which will only improve as fitness improves and the new players bed in.

Cannot wait. With it being Hull (no offence to them) we could see some rotation. I hope Mkhi starts!

I put 50 on united to win against Bournmouth. Balance was 87 euro this morn. Put the whole lot on United to win around 25 mins tonight. Balance is 130. How long can I keep this up? I guess wait til 20 mins during the Hull game before going balls out again. This time next year I'll be a millionaire.

It's been a long time since I've felt so confident about us coming away with a comfortable win.

Tough away game, Hull looked good against Leicester

Only change I'd make would be Lingard in for Mata for the extra pace on the break

Cheeky, but I'm going for a 0-4 prediction. I know they did well against Leicester but that was opening day; Hull are in dire straits squad wise and we are most definitely in the ascendancy. Plus, we're going to need a good result with the City game just over the horizon.

    De Gea
    Valencia--Bailly--Blind--Shaw
    Fellaini--Pogba
    Mkitaryan--Rooney--Martial
    Ibrahimovic

subs: Romero, Smalling, Schneiderlin, Carrick, Herrera, Mata, Rashford

If Lingard is fit then he would be on the bench or would start. Replace one of the central midfielders on the bench. Miki will give us the counter attacking threat and will leave us with a better shape defensively.

Another 0-2 win please and Rashford to get minutes off the bench.

Just has to be. Play Miki and watch us wreck them. Home against City after this so really hope Miki gets a start out of the way before that game. Only question mark on starting 11 is will Smalling get a start or not for me. The rest all deserve to keep their spot (well, miki coming in for mata and Rooney just about done enough to keep it).

    Ibra + Rooney

Feel pretty confident of a win from this, we are far too good for them.

I wouldn't agree with that. It was more Leicester looked shite than Hull looked good.

Mhiki should start be it instead of Rooney, Mata or even Martial.`Maybe Herrera for Fellaini cause I think that Herrera protects the back four better, but then Fellaini has been very good in the last two matches.

    Expecting a win.

I wouldn't predict Lingard unless he's 100% fit. Someone mislead me into believing he had recovered… and then he didn't even make the bench.

Also, Mkhitaryan instead of Mata, but not seeing it happening for Rooney. Not now, for sure.

Just need 3 points so we can go into the derby with a perfect record. Bring it on.

Can't really justify any changes for this. Mata was great today so he deserves to keep his place. Same with Fellaini.

I'd have Smalling in for Blind for this one, otherwise no changes.

    De Gea
    Valencia
    Bailly
    Smalling
    Shaw
    Fellaini
    Pogba
    Mata
    Rooney
    Martial
    Ibrahimovic

Micky on around the 60 min mark. Probably should give Depay/Rashford a chance off the bench as well.

As of now I think that 11 would be a nightmare for most of our opponents to deal with.

Nothing against Blind or Mata yet, just would prefer the size, strength and speed of Mike on the back line and I think Miki fits in better with that front 4 than Mata, who is a bit slow and weak.

If the game is going well for us I'd give Memphis and Rashford a run

Can we like play every other day? I hate waiting one whole week for a game which is a complete contrast from last season when we were so dire I wanted us to only play one game a month.

So many people have Mata out. He has worked his socks off the past two games and done brilliantly in my opinion. I just wish we give Mkhi a start in place of Rooney just to see how we play with him, Mata and Martial.

Since it's "just" Hull, no offense, can Jose afford to give Il Capitano a rest? :p

Would love to see Lingard, Rashford, TFM and Pogba all in at one point.

Rooney's ball and van Persie's volley.
It is games like these that have been causing us problems for a couple of years now. I would like a cautious approach to the game initially, and perhaps an early goal would help in easing the nerves. It's still a week to go, though, and it'll be so hard to wait till then!

I'd go for an unchanged Line-Up (Rooney for Mkhi will not happen:nervous:)

    2-0 to United.

Mata might just keep ‘his’ right-wing position in the Hull game because it's the end of the transfer season and Mourinho might not want to unsettle him. But will he feature afterwards against City? Don't think so…

I am hoping Mourinho goes in with more pace in the middle and out wide, drop rooney and mata, maybe martial since he needs a rest. Hull is a kind of side Mourinho really could use more pace to hurt hull, I would have mourinho drop pogba into the no10 role

I think Smalling might start against Hull instead of Blind. The rest of the lineup to remain the same.
