Those teams will be split into two groups of six each. This will be followed by the two semi-finals and then the final.

Group B: Bangladesh, Oman, Papua New Guinea, Scotland

Group 1: Australia, England, South Africa, West Indies, A1, B2

Arrogant men never prosper.
Not arrogant, just better.

From the 2019 thread:

Fantasy league was good fun. In the end I finished 63rd overall. 3rd in the Pakistan league, just short of winning two tickets to the WT20 next year. Tried catching up with some decent differentials today (Plunkett, Ferguson) but wasn't enough.
Wonder if the ticket winners got compensated.

YESHHHHH, We'll GOOO for it.
OK before it gets anywhere, I wish to say that I invariably finish at the bottom of every league I've ever competed in, ending with a 'Next year is my year'.

Ugh. I'm so sick of this absolutely awful Round 1, Round 2 format.

Can't wait till they get rid of it in the next ICC Cycle.

From the squads announced, Very spin heavy India squad that. Is that an indicator of what pitches to expect? Ashwin is a bit of a surprise pick. He's quality, and a regular in IPL, but he hasn't played a T20I in ages.

Pretty Solid squads from Aus & NZ

Okay squad for Pak, albeit with some bizarre picks.

Don't know too much about the Oman/PNG sides.

Hope Windies win!

India are my favourites to win with their spin options edging out England. Will be interesting who England call-up.

Pakistan’s squad is poor. Feels like the off-field stuff is going to be a distraction.

We already know it’s Australia, India, England and NZ in the semis. World cricket has taken a nosedive since the big three have dictated everything to their advantage IMO.

Do South Africa still have a cricket team? They used to be good.

Didn't Windies spank Australia recently? And NZ being in a subcontinental group in subcontinental conditions have their work cut out.

Apparently Tymal Mills will be playing again in the WC. WTF? That's a blast from a past.
