United will draw them in the Semis if they go through. I see it this way: If both Spanish teams advance (IMO Real will defeat Bayern next week) and both English teams advance, UEFA will place the teams in a battle for Country Supremacy. It will be do-or-die as the winner goes to the final. UEFA (more importanly the media and tv) would love the promotional windfall of an intra-country affair.

If Bayern knock off Real, I think United would not be drawn with them, for the tv and media moguls would love to see a 1999 rematch in the final. I think UEFA would draw Bayern vs Liverpool (maybe Poo wins and could set up an all English final, yet another tv windfall) and United vs the remaining semifinalist.
