No way this should be a red. It's a tactical foul, so an automatic yellow. We're not judging fouls on how spectacular they look. Every tackle with your feet is more dangerous.

I've always liked the idea of having a new red card offense along the line of 'seriously unsporting' behviour. It would cover incidents like this, or went someone just grabs hold of a shirt and keeps hold of it to stop a break.
