No problem inserting pics but cannot for the life of me work out how to insert/paste a video from YouTube. Grateful for help on this!

Click on the button next to the one that inserts pictures (with 2 pieces of film on it), insert url, profit?
Click on the video icon in your post reply box:
Copy the entire url of the video you want to embed:
Paste said url in the Embed Media field, then click on Embed:
Click on Post Reply:

Thanks but still can't get it to work.
I'm on YouTube got the video, click on right button, copy address link. Go to caf click on the symbol with 2 pieces of film, then click on embed button and get the message "the specified URL cannot be embedded as media"
Copy/paste the URL you're trying to here and I'll take a look.
YouTube videos are simple enough. If you just post the URL, the forum software automatically embeds it, as you can see above.
Can anybody give me some tips as to how to embed this on to a twitter feed please ?For some reason it won't embed like it does on here.
I'm also trying to shrink the size of the original video but not having much luck....I'm pretty feckin dumb at tech.Any ideas without having to upload a file ripping app ? I have a mac
