Lovely game of football on display in this nations cup game. Both teams are moving the ball so we'll, Spain in particular

Ref making it all about himself. Shame, was better than anything in PL.

Probably fair imo. But it's on Busquets, who everyone should be allowed to elbow for all the times he's cheated.

No team in particular.
Do italians even care about this match?

They are playing at home, but i mean they already won the Euro this year in Wembley.
I suppose the UEFA Nations League doesn't mean much for them.

Italy are done

So England just needed Italy to have had a player sent off at 1-0.

Spain are going to right up there as one of the favourites to win the WC next year. Look like a improving every game under Luis Enrique

I don't think they are happy losing at home against Spain in the Nations Cup... a 2nd rate championship but still an official competition.
Besides they are unbeaten for over 30 games... I guess they want to keep the record.

I honestly didn't expect Spain playing so well... amazing goals.
Still 45 minutes to go... never trust this Spain...

I wish we were this clinical in the Euro's...

A very good game ruined by Bonucci.

England needed to play some football instead of sitting back like a random relegation team.

Spain has controlled the ball and the game. England didn't do that or press this well.
It's the fact the players are all from different clubs, he only gets to work with them now and again, yet he gets them playing. The fact they might play different systems with their own teams.

Like this Spain team, they like having the ball, but get forward with it, not just pass it around for the sake of it.

I mean it's Spain, it's a whole team of Mason Mounts who can actually link play as well.

England will never be Spain, their goal has to be becoming Germany or France.

Referee is feckin weird. Not a clue how that is the first yellow of this second half.

He must be using RNG to make his decisions.
