Not too bothered about this break, it can actually be a nice break from club football and the current toxicity surrounding United on here. The September one can get in the bin though.

The nation league games should be alright too.

Big games for us coming up. Denmark will top the group but two wins should solidify 2nd for us.

Can’t believe Abraham hasn’t been called up. Done way more than Sancho or Kane this season.

Keep it up and he'll be in ahead of Watkins, I'm sure. Regardless of form, there's no way Kane is getting dropped from the England squad.

I'm kinda with Southgate on Bellingham and Greenwood.

They don't need to be playing 60 odd games per season at their age.

Nice to see Tomori back in as well.

Completely forgot France was in the final 4 :boring: Beating Belgium always feels good and it should be a good final against either Italy or Spain.

Yet he takes Saka who is in the exact same situation.

Seriously, feck these international breaks. The club season has no momentum about it, whatsoever, at the start, which is when the excitement tends to be at it's highest level.

Germany squad for the next round of internationals. Thomas Müller reunited with Hansi Flick after he was missing Flick's NT debut due to injury. Mats Hummels still left out since he's just returning from injury and other defenders like Süle and Rüdiger are in better form.

Precisely. Not only the first one is in september which kills the joy early, the second follows after barely a month.

On the other hand I'm nit sure you can honestly say watching United is joyful as of late but yeah..

Would much rather they do an international month from mid august to mid september and then carry on with league football.

Haaland's missing the international break. They play Turkey away and Montenegro at home.

There's a separate thread for moaning about the international break. This one is for the actual games.

Football is great, you can win them all trophies and feel the best… still in one or two months time it is all rolling again for everybody. So we have these sf and final games of this glorified Nations League instalment, which will no doubt cause stirring in case we lose to Spain on Wed and, in case, to Belgium or France on Sunday. Going with 1-1 and penalties again, both games. :wenger:

(Just happy we Italian fans can applaud the Azzurri live, from the San Siro stands, again, and looking forward to the usual collective anthem belting already )

People complaining about internationals can do one. Canada has a chance to qualify for a World Cup for the first time in ages!

Absolutely vital we get something against Jamaica and Panama. Anything against Mexico is a bonus. 4 points is the "worst" we can do here to stay on pace. 6-7 points would be a good return, and 9 would be sensational.

From being named player of the tournament and winning the Euros for your country to probably receiving a hostile reception from the home fans a couple of months later. Must suck

Looking forward to nations league a bit. Great games and more than a friendly. I do not care who wins, but going to enjoy the football.
Really like a break away from watching United annoy me most games.

It is really perfect they have these international break so you get a break from 4 weeks of club football. We got christmas with a lot of games, but then have no work so really enjoy it.
