Scenes right now! I mean if you look at it Lazio have been the best big game team this season, they beat inter, they beat Juve and also in the super copa. Looks like a 3 horse race for the title atm.

Any Lazio fans in here who can let us know the reactions and thoughts going on in the Lazio forum?

I know a lot of the fans are racist twats but this still must be a fairytale season for them right now.
Very few are racist, there's about 500 in the stand that are like that. All Italian clubs are the same, Lazio are just more renown and vocal.

Half my family are Lazio and the other half are Roma.. they take it day by day. They feel like they're in a bit of a Leicester City situation in regards to expectation right now because the club are very tight with money but almost always spend well. De Vrij, Candreva, Keita Balde, Hernanes were all great Lazio players they've lost to Inter over the past few years and they've always bounced back with a good signing. Queitly they believe there is no reason they cant win the Scudetto... unfortunately a bigger factor than self belief in Italy can be refereeing decisions...May is the time they can tend to 'reshape' the table a little bit.

Napoli losing to bottom six team AGAIN.

Apart from beating Juve overall Gattuso's record must be terrible so far. Real season to forget for Napoli.

It seems like the team only gets up for the big games now. Letting Ancelotti go was a mistake, as it will be very tough to find a coach of that quality again. I’m convinced this team is going to be blown up at seasons end.

I’m 50/50 right now on if they get embarrassed badly by Barcelona or if they “show up” as it might be their last run in the CL for a while.

Official: Juve register €50m loss - Less revenue and increased costs

In a statement on their website, Juventus have revealed the numbers behind the first half of the 2019/20 season, following a Board of Directors meeting where the budget was approved. For the Bianconeri, it's quite the difference from the same period last season.
As seen in the document, they made a €7.5m profit in the first half of the 2018/19 season. However, due to declining revenues and increased management costs, this season's result wasn't as good for the Turin side. In fact, it was closed at a loss of €50.3m.
The overall revenue fell from €330.2m to €322.2m, while the operating costs rose from €226.8 to €260.9m. In addition to this, there was also an increase of €13m with regards to amortisation. In other words, the negative result mainly derives from higher costs.
This evening, the Bianconeri will take on SPAL away from home, hoping to extend their stay at the top of the standings.

Finally a good performance by Juve even if SPAL are in the relegation places. Still shouldn't have had to suffer so much to win but that seems to be the way they like doing things.

Pjanic being out injured might actually be a good thing for them temporarily. Matuidi and Ramsey both played great matches for the first time in months.

After watching Zlatan’s disallowed goal a few times I am not even sure it touched the arm. Looked more like body.

Castrovilli is so good under pressure. They'll lose some of their composure in dealing with the man disadvantage now that he's off, but it's probably the right call with him only just coming back from injury.

Inter-Sampdoria, Verona-Cagliari and Atalanta-Sassuolo will be postponed tomorrow because of the Coronavirus outbreak in Italy.

There will be a lot more games postponed in the next few weeks then won't it? Or are they expecting to contain it pretty soon?

I don't think the "problem" will be contained soon.
So this is a shitty solution. It was better to play without people aka "closed doors"
Because now what will happen with future games?
Next is Juvetus-Inter what will happen? play but without fans?

Genoa played very well first half. One of those games where Lazio will drop two points if they don't get a second I think.

Juve-Inter postponed

Lazio must be laughing their asses off at this whole situation, they aren’t in Europe and have had no postponed matches. While Inter and Juve will play a game every 3 days in April and May Lazio can rest as much they want.

At least we’re guaranteed lots of drama to end the season. Looking at the fixtures I can’t see anything other than a three way title race until the very end

Why? This is awful for them. Fixture congestion and leaving a game like that to the end of the season makes it a lot more likely for them to fail
Because they are the ones who got the game postponed. Other clubs also asked to postpone their games instead of playing behind closed doors, but the FA said no. Soon as it's juventus asking, like magic, they do as they're told...

How do you know they were the ones that asked?

And why would they even ask for that? It's terrible for them and great for Lazio

Just to show how pointless that is. My cousin lives in part of the quarantined area of Lombardia and is a Juve season ticket holder and will be in the Juve stand.

Every single news outlet reported it

The official unofficial motivation is ticket sales
Ticket sales apparently, they don't want to lose out on the money.
Ah that makes sense, thanks.

Footballing wise it's bad for them though. Big advantage for Lazio in all of this, everything is going perfectly for them.

Perché un rinvio all'ultimo momento?

Basically Lega Serie A offered them to play Monday night with open doors (next day) but Marotta/Inter REFUSED!
And now they dare to cry rivers about not playing!!!
Basically they only wanted to play on closed doors. Easy right?!
While having a week of rest as they didn't play Inter-Samp as well.

So without fans and having a week more of rest such a Juventus Mafia right?

This doesn't really make sense - something is not right. Why would the game be played on Monday with open doors but not on Sunday when it was scheduled? What would happen between Sunday and Monday that would change things?

Something is really off and sketchy if there was an offer to play on Monday... this makes the decision look even more sketchy.
