Always nice to see them brought down to Earth. Scant consolation, but hope we don’t have to wait 30 (25 now?) years to win another title.

What did he say after the win at OT?
I couldn’t be bothered to listen to him. Probably something like this,
“I know they lost, but it’s lovely to see them playing so open and free. I admire them as a club and hope they carry on with Ole and playing this way”

Aye, we should be congratulating the scouse cnuts on being a bit less shit than we are.

Is that what you're asking us to do?
I'm reading what I wrote, and then looking at the bolded, and I have no idea how you came to the conclusion you did.

You'll be glad to hear I'm no good at poetry :)
Neither were the lot on RAWK but it never stopped them!

You're still carrying that grudge aren't you?

Still annoyed about what happened back in April... no not the defeat in Madrid, no no, not that.

You're still annoyed about the collapse of the 'European Super League' aren't you?

As it was a chance for you to finally get your hands on a major trophy for the first time before Man Utd
...and then the opportunity was taken away from you
Like I said about 5 years to sink in. It’s been nine seasons. Nine. That you’re still holding on to being the ones to beat is in a way admirable. Reality hasn’t set in yet. It will. That’s the spirit though. By the way, we’re 4 pts off the lead. The top 4 teams look settled for the forseeable future. I don’t think anyone else will make top four. Oh and we are doing well in Europe. Not a big deal.

Don't care how good a coach he is. He's a bell end of the highest order and I can't wait till we don't have to see his stupid face every week.

Let’s be honest two shit decisions from the referee / VAR which massively benefited West Ham. I know we are supposed to be happy because it’s Liverpool who got fecked over. But I’m more worried about making top 4 come end of the season. And we are in competition with West Ham for that spot. Not Liverpool.

You’ll be in a battle for top 3/4 like us this season, I’m quite confident about that. I also believe we’ll be in the draw for the Champions league knockout stages but well done anyway for doing well in Europe. Your hurting tonight and that’s understandable.

What about Salahs dive for the free kick ?

Cry me a river. If anything they were lucky to be level at the break with Salah's dive and Jota could've been sent off too. Absolute state of the scouse apologists on here.

Neither as straightforward or influential as the early decisions. I’m just being objective. But apparently being more concerned with United’s position come end of the season equals “Scouse apologist”… Some logic that. A draw would’ve been a much better result for us quite simply considering our current form and situation. So excuse me for not celebrating what was in truth a poor result for us.

Cresswell’s challenge was far more a red card than Jota’s elbow down by his side.

Had the game on in the background but seemed like the ref was giving everything to Liverpool when they fell over.

Come on, you'd have loved it if he was in charge of United. Fergie carried the same mentality, all great managers do. Obviously to the opposition - he's a massive asshole, just like how Fergie is viewed anywhere outside United.

Correct!

Salah dove to win the free-kick which they then scored from, and the shithousery from Jota should have been punished with a red card.

As for Creswell, no-one, and I mean absolutely no-one said what actually happened... his foot accidentally bounced up off the ball, a completely unintentional thing. If he did that 100 times again, his foot wouldn't bounce up off the ball, it was a complete freak of a thing to have happened... yet all the pundits completely ignored it! They even played it back in slow motion several times, and no-one mentioned that his foot bounced up off the ball.

Even Jamie 'I really support Everton but don't tell anyone' Carragher completely ignored it as well.

Could Jota be punished retrospectively it is that no longer a thing?

So is the general consensus here that Jota should’ve been sent off and Cresswell shouldn’t have? Seriously?

Are you taking issue with Allison trying to jump through Ogbonna?

You're not being objective, you're just whinging and making lame excuses for Liverpool losing. That's being an apologist.

No one gives a flying feck about West Ham. There are teams that start this exact way every season and then they fall short as the season progresses. Last year Spurs were going to win the league. The year before Sheffield were going to finish top 4, in fact United fans were so worried they wanted to cancel Dean Henderson's loan just to jeopardise their season. And now people are so worried about West Ham that Liverpool losing a league game in November is 'a poor result' for United. Liverpool losing is a poor result for United. Imagine saying that with a straight face :houllier:

Have a good evening. I'm going to enjoy the fact that Liverpool got schooled fair and square while you can carry on making excuses for Liverpool and being disappointed they lost, if that makes you feel better.

I’m not whinging. I am concerned about the prospect of making top 4 this season considering our performances thus far. End of.

But for what’s it’s worth I hope you are very right and I am very wrong come end of the season.

You have a good evening as well.

Current trajectory we will take longer cause we stick by managers too long.

If a manager isn't good enough we need to get rid of them striaght away. If that means they only have the job for a few months then so be it.

Cannot believe you would not want Liverpool to lose. It's only November. Wants a draw  :annoyed:

Liverpool losing gives Chelsea and city a better chance to win. If West ham finish ahead of United then that's our fault and that would still be ok than allowing Liverpool to win the league.
