Very good cameo. Created a good chance for Ronaldo and played a number of good passes in field.

Impressive cameo, on the front foot from the start, had them back peddling and then he was finding smart passes into good areas. Small change just to make him much more effective, good positive first touches instead of playing too safe. He does not have outstanding speed but he is more than agile and nimble enough to beat players with good footwork.

Needs a goal, but he is starting to look like the player we hoped we were getting, big steps forward this week.

Yeah, bright spot today. Was our most dangerous player since his introduction and looked confident and lively throughout. His best performance yet.

Looked class when he came on. Just needed to play his way into form.

Very good cameo - looks nervous when shooting, hopefully nabs a goal after the break

Was great in general but his pace is laughable.

Those chicken legs are moving like fury and his speed is about 2 mph
This is like when people cried about Greenwood having no pace. Once Sancho settles nobody will worry when it his pace as A) he has enough and B) he has other strengths

He was good and was trying things that only works in well coached team. To bad we have the smiling clown in charge. We need to sack him ASAP, but we wont and Sancho will flop or at best only be half the player he is.

Playing against packed defences, because our system allows teams to double up on our wingers. He’s been underwhelming thus far but he’s being given the ball with a man up against him & another not far away because he’s left on an island with only a backwards pass to Shaw or a punt into the box as options.

Easily the best of the subs that came on. Looked bright and skilful, the shot he had was poor but it happens. Overall pretty impressive cameo today.

Shot aside near the end, he did good. He was taking people on and very positive. Would like to see him get a goal or assist soon to add to that.

That was much better than any of his other performances. Still would play Rashford on the left.

Looked very very good today, didn't really put a foot wrong - apart from the shot, unfortunately.

Yeah he was a definite positive today and feel he does better with that shot with a goal or assist already behind him

The bar for "really good" and "impressive" has never been so low.
Why? Half an hour of gametime and he set up a good chance for Ronaldo, won a free kick controlling the ball in a tight space, beat a man to set up a shooting chance for Pogba, found a pass inside to Bruno who set up a chance for Mctominay, and a couple others I'm forgetting.

He wasn't amazing or anything but which of the two subs - him and Ronaldo offered more today?

I'm not worried about Sancho. More intensity like this and the goals and assists will come I'm sure.

A little pace will help for those breaks though!

Scuffed his chance, but he was terrific when he came on. Really bright. He's shown flashes in his other performances for us, but this was a sustained excellent 30 minutes from him.

Starting to really warm up, is now beating players regularly and linking up with the players around him well.

Such a shame about his scuffed finish at the end.

A bright display. It’s a shame many will focus on the missed chance, although he really should have done better with it.

Much more promising today than what I've seen of him so far this season. Needs to mix up being direct, taking people on and link up play. Still can't help but feel he would be much better in a well drilled team rather than this.

He did few step overs but fluffed his chance. That should have been a goal.

Swap deal for Demarai Gray would be a decent return.
Yep, let's swap the player with 50 goals in 150 games for the one who's 4 years older and has half as many goals in almost 300 games because he's looked alright in his last handful.

In isolation, promising. Hard not to be annoyed he didn't lace Ronaldo's back heel though.

Showed more glimpses of why we signed him today which was promising. Though he still mixes it with some weak moments, where it looks like he is still struggling to adapt to the league. Hopefully he can keep building on it, and he breaks his duck soon.

Though I did notice, far to often we play it to him with him very isolated and expect him to do something with it. Feel we need to get players nearer to him more often.

A bright showing. That's what you want from a wide man coming off the bench. Keen to test tiring legs and commit people.

One thing I find bizarre about him so far is we rarely have a man within 25 yards of him on the pitch. Quite often he's taking on a full back and a winger with no support. He's a good player but he's not a miracle worker or ridiculously pacey, we need to get players closer to him.
