Rarely hear of people play hardball with the parole board.
Because then you would have to pay his full wages.Interesting what we do... he will clearly not leave on permanent because no one will give him 200+ salary.
So if we loan him and pay half his salary, he gets to play football.
Why dont we just keep him with training and be strict and never play him, train on his own.
Why not? Chelsea isn't breaching the contract. Why would anyone do business with Chelsea again after this.
Sancho is an absolute embarrassment, take whatever we can get for him.
Yeah but they're still meanWhy not? Chelsea isn't breaching the contract.
That’s what I’d do at this stage. Good luck Jadon getting a fat signing on bonus and a big wage after your last three seasons followed by a year in the wilderness. Feck this guy.
I'm willing to bet he'll see out his contract, even if he's stuck in the training ground with the U21s. The fact that he's ruining his career doesn't seem to bother him.
Yea personally I'd have no issue with leaving him rot in the U21s but purely due to his huge salary and personality we will be looking to move him out of the club by any means necessary.I'm willing to bet he'll see out his contract, even if he's stuck in the training ground with the U21s. The fact that he's ruining his career doesn't seem to bother him.
Its quite funny.. if Sancho has a good season for a mid table club and clubs were after him... the headline would be, Sancho wants a CL club.
A CL club is offering him chance to get away from prison and 15th but doesn't want it because they are offering less money.
So whenever I hear players saying they signing because of UCL... its complete shit.
Its the same with Delap too, UCL is not the make or break factor.
Chelsea must have really valued him low considering they could have used the £5million towards his wages. I don't blame them one bit, he is nothing but a squad option.
Maybe he fancies another crack here now that Ten Haag is gone?
This formation is ideal for him. Pity he’s a very average footballer and greedy on top of it
Given how Amorim has handled Rashford and Garnacho, he has no hope in hell of making it here.Playing Devils advocate here, but if you can somehow get him to commit to the footballing project at UTD, he can be a very useful option in that left sided 10 position.
I’m saying it from his perspective, not mine. I doubt he’s the type that looks in the mirror and reflects that he’s a lazy shite on a great contract. It’s far more likely he thinks he can sweep back into United under a new manager and be a starNo.
Why even suggest this?
Did you see him at Chelsea and at united?
Yeah this is definitely it.Maybe he fancies another crack here now that Ten Haag is gone?
I imagine he means because instead of staying at Chelsea where he was 'happy', on a lower wage, he opted to come back to the toxic environment of United, as he clearly prioritised his salary over his career & happiness. How is he greedy?
Because then you would have to pay his full wages.
I had you on reply but then….Going against the wind here but I feel he'll be like a new signing. He seems to have all the attributes for the LAM role.

Dortmund again with half his wages covered by United. That’s the natural order of things.
Send him to Saudi even for £20M. He’ll get the wages he wants and we get the £25M we were expecting.
I suspect he will see out the last year of his contract on loan with Utd picking up a part of his wages & head into free agency. I'm sure there will be more than a few European teams prepared to give him a signing bonus & decent wages.I just cant see who will buy him without a significant salary reduction, which he wont take.
Can we not just give him the 5 mil to feck offWell that £5m will quickly be eaten up by his wages.

Basically, he'd rather rot on the bench for £250k a week than challenge in a team where he was happy for less money.

I wouldn’t have thought him and Rashford would risk playing hardball during a World Cup year as I suspect they have aspirations of getting in that squad. But even with expectations on the floor they still manage to surprise you.
We should not be loaning either out again this year. If players know if they hold tight and we will blink first and basically give them what they want ( low ball moves or continuing to subsidies their wages while they get to play for someone else) then we will continue to be taken advantage of.
Taking the hit on paying the wages to quell this culture of player power will prove more valuable overall.
