I'm not even convinced he looks better than Hojlund did in Italy
Ye he does look better than Højulnd… And he did look lot better than his current level back at Fiorentina.

In his awful season this year, Vlahovic scored twice against City. Once in each of the 2 games Juve faced them... I don't know when was the last time Hojlund scored against a half decent opponent...

How you tried just not reading things that don't interest you?
Yeah I have, but hard when it’s page after page of the exact same posts saying the exact same thing, that could have been done in a couple.

Seems like you just need to try a bit harder!

You would have thought he'd taken the Chelsea offer and then just sat on his arse playing fifa with his London mates. Going to Juventus it's like he's still interested in football unless the fifa community is big there.

The stuff about him not being interested in football is based on nothing. He’s been playing regularly for years, the only time he wasn’t was when we gave him leave due to something that was going on with him. I don’t even think he misses many games due to injury. Did we ever find out what that was that kept him out for us?

Think most are basing it off of his application here.

I mean the club gave him unprecedented paid leave in the middle of the season. He is such an ingrate. Take whatever payoff you want from your paid leave then if you want to be so calculative.

Hope he is watching Chelsea….could have been part of that if he wasn’t so greedy.

Karma.

I don't think Chelsea ever really wanted to keep him and were happy he wanted such an unjustifiable salary. If he had signed for them he would be back up who played very little.

Ravel Morrison
Rashford
Jesse Lingard
Mason Greenwood
Sancho

Got too big headed and off the pitch behaviour changed them big time. I'm sure there's more but is this an English thing? I can't recall many other clubs having 1 let alone 5 players?

Nile Ranger at Newcastle is only other 1 I can think off top of my head.

I’d take Morrison off that list, because he wasn’t for saving and it happened under Fergie, who tried everything. The rest came later and speaks to a dreadful culture.

A big moment for me was when it came down to Jose or Pogba and we went with the latter. There was a report that he came into training the next day and offered high-fives saying “he f**ked with the wrong baller”. Should’ve been fined the maximum, transfer listed and dumped in the kids for that. Absolutely disgraceful, and it showed how the club was now in hock to egotistical, underperforming, childish players. All the experienced heads were now gone and these bell ends were now in charge of the dressing room.

The correct answer, of course, to Jose or Pogba, was neither.

Jose wanted rid of Martial too, but everyone sided with the players. It's taken years for United fans to turn on the players. I feel sorry for the managers who have had to put up with it all. They were up against toxic players and had no support from the fans or the CEO, who cared more about retaining the players on massive wages for the sake of book value.

Jose was a cnut, but a successful cnut. I'd take that over having pathetic man babies like Pogba, Rashford and Sancho at the club

Morrison doesn't deserve to be on that list. it was very well known he'd had an awful childhood and had a lot of issues even when he was in the youth teams, it's hardly like he was a model pro and suddenly changed after a few seasons in the first team.

There's loads of others from other teams and nations, we just don't think about them as much because they don't play for United.

Cassano would be one for instance. Adriano. Ben Arfa.

This.. don't even care if it was Jose. Just any manager who could've gotten rid of these "man babies" as you call them and make us successful again.

Surely if you are going to "excuse" or explain Morrisons behaviour and issues, you can't mention someone like Adriano who up until the point he lost his father, had no apparent issues or behaviour problems?

Completely agree apart from the “successful” bit. Jose was a great manager, but even by the time he was at United, the emphasis was on the past tense. His time had come and gone which is why he’s now in Turkey.

We shouldn’t have backed the players, especially not a complete pr*ck like Pogba, but Jose wasn’t the answer. Terrible recruitment of players and managers; story of the last decade.

I'm not excusing Morrison at all. But the point was about players who get too big for their boots and suddenly change, hence "Got too big headed and off the pitch behaviour changed them big time"
My point was Morrison was always well known as a troubled individual. He didn't get too big headed and he didn't change. So he shouldn't be on a list of players who did change after making it big.

I’m not sure if you are trying to be clever but that list looks distasteful especially considering there are a lot more names that’s could have been included in that list.

United needing ca$h instead of a swap to go on with your transfers and Juventus unable / unwilling to fork out ca$h because of FFP constraints is just making this a bit more difficult than expected. Let's see whether it happens or not, pre-season is just there for all parties and further delay is a waste of time.

There’s the obligatory ‘Juve are close’ tweet. Now waiting for a more reliable source to come out and say they’re not.

Yeah, this Sancho idiot is at the top of that fantastic five. I don't think Brandon "Brabus and Balloons" Williams counts (at least he supports us!) and I wouldn't put Ronnie Wallwork in either for his behaviour.

I was never a big fan of José but had to support the manager once he was ours so Pogba's 'baller' remark was just very cringy. I'm personally big on animal rights so seeing his pad decked out with a leopard or tiger skin just repulsed me.

I haven't forgotten about Dele and his troubles though; we're all human and if you get put through a very atypical growing up, there's a good chance your adult personality will reflect it.

I just really want the book closed on Sancho and we cut all ties with him and whatever toxic baggage he's carrying.

Juventus are interested in signing Jadon Sancho but are unwilling to meet Manchester United’s £25m valuation. The Italians are instead keen on arranging some sort of swap deal with Douglas Luiz, Dusan Vlahovic, and Timothy Weah all offered to the Premier League club. Sancho is willing to take a cut from his £300,000-a-week salary to make the deal happen.
Yeah, great, Luiz, Vlahovic, Timothy Weah, George Weah, we'll have whoever you've got. Ok, we'll have that one. Done!

Now... where does he play again?

Vlahovic on a short contract (maybe 2 years) -if he agrees to take a substantially lower wage than Sancho’s- is an acceptable option to me.

D. Luiz is also worth a punt if they are selling him cheap enough. (I mean, not asking us to add money on top of Sancho)

Why is Jesse Lingard on the list? He never ever shirked hard work on the pitch or in training by all accounts. Only gripe with him at the time was lack of quality / consistency. Ironically a young lingard would fit right into this current formation without complaining and run all day

Juve getting Conceiçao means they have less money for those positions… Unless we go for a swap this won’t happen.

Safe to say those two UK clubs are Wolves and Forest, being a Mendes client.

Juve are in process of selling nico gonzalez to saudis, also have weah and the other kid on sale, with a few clubs interested. They also have interest in miretti and a solution for vlaovic is sought. I think they will likely low ball us at close to end of window, we ll likely accept as well.
