Yet you come in here every day excusing it. It's taken you a week to accept the abuse or threats even exist.
You and I both know what you were doing when you mentioned the balaclava and the Nazis. Interesting to see you fall back on the thick Paddy argument though - there's comfort in the status quo. I won't get caught up in a row over intellect with a fell who lacks even the vaguest appreciation for nuance in discussion or argument though.
Anyway, I'll leave it at that. Until I come across you educating the savages again in a few days time and lose my temper again.
Again where have I excused it? You and a few others are constantly twisting it to seem divisive. I've repeatedly said I'm judging James Mcclean the person, not Irish people or the poppy issue in isolation.
I categorically deny any comparison was made by me about the Nazi's, read the exchange, I'm describing symbolism and what it means from one person to the next. In any example it's easiest to use the most famous for sake of argument. Ironically I would only compare the British monarchy to Nazi Germany. You wouldn't know that about me though because I'm already a racist in your eyes.
What you have done is label me a racist because I (and a few others you may note) have been candid enough to mention we've never once experienced racism towards an Irish person or player.
That last sentence obviously doesn't sit right with you or doesn't fit your narrative so you've chosen to call me a racist. And it's me who is lacking an ounce of nuance? Really?
I, like many others, have been clear that some of Mcclean's actions have attracted the morons online and the crazies on the street. Nobody has said it's
deserved - you again have chosen to twist it to suit your narrative it seems. Either that or your the most argumentative Irishmen I've ever met.
