He's an upgrade on Dan James if nothing else.
Certainly, he is a better footballer than James, with much better finishing. He's an upgrade on Dan James if nothing else.
They don't. Their fans are as stupid and spoiled as ours. Liverpool too.Find it a bit bizarre that people moan about the lack of squad depth but then moan that Jesse should have been sold. How do City and Chelsea manage it then?
Genuine question? What harm does it do for him to stay if he can display form like yesterday from the subs bench? Why move him on if it takes more to replace him? Surely a fit inform lingard benefits whatever club he plays forGreat goal and I'm happy for him, most players would have flicked that on and likely lost it. But, I don't want us to go down the road of thinking some corner has been turned. Let him move on for the good of all concerned.

Nothing, but do you think he is going to do that? He's coming up to 29 and has never strung together more than a handful of good games. The worst thing we could do is think some corner has been turned and offer him a big contract renewal only to have him revert to normal form a month later.Genuine question? IF he keeps up this form for most of the season and IF he wants to stay I have no problem with that. Buying squad players is like a roundabout, you can go around in circles for ages. Here we have an international level player, happy to be a squad player and compete for minutes. He’s not as bad as everyone makes outNothing, but do you think he is going to do that? That's a fairly balanced call but he’s surely going to be a very expensive squad option if we give him a new deal. There are productive regular starters at other big clubs who won’t be on as much. You’re right about trying to buy players to be squad players and provide depth though. It’s pretty pointless unless you’re signing young players who you are hoping will improve enough to be first team players eventually.Nothing, but do you think he is going to do that? I think he's a great option to have from the bench and an able deputy for early round cup games or dead rubber matches when we rest some of the first teamers. I also think he is happy enough to be a squad player so long as he gets regular game time and he definitely will throughout the season. He's supported United his whole life and I think he is motivated to being part of the team and to earn a new contract here.IF he keeps up this form for most of the season and IF he wants to stay I have no problem with that. It would be interesting to see if he plays when chips are down, and then see how he performs.Nice goal, well taken. Still needs to be moved on.
Yeah. Has a little fanclub who somehow think hes a useful member of the squad. DeludedI was so happy when he was doing well for West Ham because I thought we'd finally be rid of him.
How is he still here? Christ...
