Was he that bad for Brighton? Seems like he’ll be playing right under Delap. Good combo those two.Decent game from him , I predicted 10 premier league goals ,it was a rubbish west ham side so it didn't really move me but he took his goal well.
I'm standing by what I said. He isn't good enough to be a permanent starter.
His build up play has always been good, his finishing is very very questionable for a team going the direction chelsea want to head towards ,which I'm guessing is top 3( challenging), people like to harp on about Jackson's finishing but Pedro misses a lot of easy chances too.Was he that bad for Brighton? And you have watched him enough to stand by your convictions, yes? Because to most who've watched every minute since joining Chelsea, he has looked nothing short of brilliant. And full context is not just his goals and assists or the quality of opposition. His technical ability, spatial awareness, ball striking, work rate - it's been Palmer level good.Decent game from him , I predicted 10 premier league goals ,it was a rubbish west ham side so it didn't really move me but he took his goal well.

Yes, I've watched him before he joined chelsea , he misses a lot of chances , and no he hasn't been " Palmer level good" he's been good since he joined, nothing special , again he missed a lot of chances last season and no his ball striking isn't on such a level, you're saying such because he scored a goal in the CWC from outside the box, his ball striking is average ,that is known. And you have watched him enough to stand by your convictions, yes? I don’t know brother, seems to me he’s going to have a fine season. But he did good yesterday , west Hams defensive instructions looked shocking, but his cross for the goal was good and his headers instinctive, he had a shout for MOTM not sure why Estevao got it, my shout was Caicedo.
He has started well but I wouldn't say "Palmer level" , I've always rated his build up play, it's just the rest I'm not a huge fan of.I don’t know brother, seems to me he’s going to have a fine season. Seems very happy at Chelsea

During his time at Brighton he would score regularly against the biggest teams; the critique of him there was that he didn't score enough vs minnows. It's an odd critique given that context.Sadly the tweet isn't showing up in my phone, but I hope you're not referring to the " cole palmer " levels or his ball striking ability, Coles level when he first arrived was much greater than what we are currently seeing from Pedro and other than that worldie he scored in the CwC , his ball striking ability has been pretty average since then, Pedro is definitely not known for his striking ability, good start though , will be interesting how he plays against tougher defences like we saw against Palace, again, good start from him but I'm confident it will fizzle out against tougher opponents.
I mentioned a tougher defence, Palace isn't one of the biggest teams but there current defence is strong, his 2 goals came from set pieces if I remember correctly, not saying it's worth any less, just stating he will find it much harder against tougher defences during open play , his build up play has been ace, I've always rated that part of his game,it's his goal scoring, shooting ability I don't rate, his past seasons have shown such evidence.During his time at Brighton he would score regularly against the biggest teams; the critique of him there was that he didn't score enough vs minnows. He scored home and away last year against Arsenal, the best defense in the PremI mentioned a tougher defence, Palace isn't one of the biggest teams but there current defence is strong, his 2 goals came from set pieces if I remember correctly, not saying it's worth any less, just stating he will find it much harder against tougher defences during open play , his build up play has been ace, I've always rated that part of his game,it's his goal scoring, shooting ability I don't rate, his past seasons have shown such evidence.
I don't understand what you are trying to say. Yes of course many great players struggled to score against tough defense. Doesn't mean they are bad.I mentioned a tougher defence, Palace isn't one of the biggest teams but there current defence is strong, his 2 goals came from set pieces if I remember correctly, not saying it's worth any less, just stating he will find it much harder against tougher defences during open play , his build up play has been ace, I've always rated that part of his game,it's his goal scoring, shooting ability I don't rate, his past seasons have shown such evidence.

Looks like he chundered everywaaare. He ran full pelt into Gabriel Martinelli.
Are there some photos that we just shouldn't share because the person wouldn't want them shared?
Feel free to avert your bright eyes. Are there some photos that we just shouldn't share because the person wouldn't want them shared?
He scored a penalty and a goal that fell into his path from a save from minta's one on one if I remember correctly, nothing that put a strain on the " best defense in the premier league, "He scored home and away last year against Arsenal, the best defense in the Prem
You keep shifting the goalposts for some reason. Your original point was that you are "sure it will fizzle out against better opponents".He scored a penalty and a goal that fell into his path from a save from minta's one on one if I remember correctly, nothing that put a strain on the " best defense in the premier league, "
I've watched Brighton enough to know his goals last season was more of " right place, right time" and not individual brilliance , being in the right place is great but it also shows why most of his premier league goals came from the spot in his last 2 full seasons.
Take a look at his goals last season, tell me if I'm lying.
His build up play was good though.

They just piss it awayHow do they clean something like this??
If it were at Stamford Bridge the protocol is to grab Cucurella and use his head as a mop. Dunno what they do in Brazil though. How do they clean something like this??
It's a lot less bover with a hover! How do they clean something like this??

Nah ball was wide right, Martinelli made an early darting run to the near post but the ball was played in the air and behind him towards the penalty spot; Pedro came steaming in trying to head it, couldn't get on the end of it, and clattered Martinelli who was basically just standing there. Definitely ball watching but it wasn't really his fault.Martinelli doing 1 of his trademark 'i don't know where I'm actually going' runs?
Bring David Luiz out of retirementIf it were at Stamford Bridge the protocol is to grab Cucurella and use his head as a mop. Dunno what they do in Brazil though.
Really dropped the ball not getting him from Watford when we were linked, his potential was clear to see when playing for them.Today was the first time I've seen him and I was really impressed. He glides on the pitch.
