I’ve no doubt he’ll find another job soon but his reputation has been hit quite hard. He’s basically told any future employers that if he doesn’t get what he wants he throws in the towel and waits for the pay off.

Teams won’t be queuing up to hire a quitter and there are few who can guarantee a manager everything he wants.
