Neither is ahead of the other.... but the bolded statement is nonsense. I'd actually kill to see a sustained period with ZZ flanked by Cunha and Buemo.
 
Really good today, some lovely touches and that assist for Cunha was class

When did he show that? I know it's getting to be an alien concept lately but..... MATCH FITNESS & MATCH RHYTHM are important. If you want to make your mind up based on scraps that's up to you...


Like I said, I'd like to see him up top with the 10s running in behind (false 9) or as a second striker behind Sesko. You're welcome to disagree...

No way that's madness. On his day he is a lovely player with some silky touches and great creativity, a bit like Berbatov. In terms of fighting, hustle and bustle up front, winning aerial duels, he's repeatedly been shown to be basically.. bad.
 
Came on and ran around with intent and purpose. Well done!

Yet rewind to the last game and he ambled around with his zero fecks attitude for 45 mins.

Thats what is annoying.

Embarrassed himself v Wolves , came on today and played he gave a feck.
Woeful player though
 
Has that Berbatov quality of playing the game at his own pace. Unfortunately, that pace is about 10mph slower than anyone else in the league.

A few nice passes, but I still thought he was poor overall. He has so little fight and he gave the ball away in a few dangerous positions. We’re not gonna go anywhere with players like him.
 
He was our best attacking player in the 2nd half. But it would have been nice if he got one of his two or three balls in behind for Sesko right. They were a few yards too far, Just trying them and his assist were enough to be better than our other attackers in the 2nd half
 
I think there is a player there, this system does not suit him. I think hed excel in 442. Maybe not a week on week starter but definitely a strong team player.
 
Surprisingly very good performance. I kept thinking maybe we should have started him, may have actually created or scored in the first half as well. He looked the only player who would create something.
 
He's the player I can't wait to see under Ole's management.

If Ole starts using him the way he used Antony Martial then I believe Zirkzee can go up a level.

Get 2 inverted wingers playing off Zirkzee's interlinking and passing play then it's personally what I've been waiting for before judging him.
 
One of our best players from a technical POV. Keep. He may not end up being good enough but he has enough talent to warrant persisting with.

Agreed in that I'd like to see him used as such, but I still don't think he'll ever get a run of starts here again. Him as our 9, Amad on the right, Bruno as the 10 again. Cunha and Mbeumo can battle it out for the left spot. That'd be my preference.

I've been saying it since he became available again that he should be our starting 9. He brings the whole team into play and can create for others as well. In the few chances he's had this season, he's been our best performer in the CF position. Sesko hasn't settled and Cunha just doesn't fit there.

Needs to be serious questions asked of whoever scouted him. Absolutely pointless player.
 
Unforgivable for him to come on and mess up simple passes in midfield to keep possession. He's supposed to be the freshest player, what's wrong with him? Didn't help us one bit after coming on.
 
He seemed to come on and just get in the box like he was playing as another striker. Dorgu got no passing options to help him make progress down the wing and Zirkzee was just standing next to Sesko hoping everyone else would figure out the build up play and he could get on the end of a cross

Somehow conned Dorgu thinking we had another attacking player in the box, and each time Dorgu passed to him, we lost it.

Meanwhile just before the ref blew to end the game, the ball went to Zirkzee and a Burnley player, no jump.

you knew it was going to be tough seeing him, Mount, and Mainoo all together in this game state because they’re all slower ball to feet you touch I touch players.

You joking? Didn't he have a very good cameo against Leeds?

He's good when the game isn't stretched and there's loads of time on the ball. But he doesn't suit Premier League football. I hope we get him off the books in January.

If you're going to be languid, you need to be spectacular at everything else.

edit: I also think it's ironic that his profile pic is off him having broken into a sweat.
 
Please just sell him, I reckon young Chido would offer more than this guy.
