I'm Danish and follow the Danish league closely.
He is very exciting and certainly not a player we see often in the Danish league. His dribbling and pace are a level or two over most players in the league. He is very raw though, and lacks stability in his performances. That being said, he does something extraordinary or scores every other game or so. Certainly a bright light in a league dominated by sides that focus mostly on the physical and tactical part of the game.
He's nowhere near ready for the big stage. Needs a lot of game time, so we'd have to loan him out, if you ask me. If I was him I would probably choose a stepping stone kind of club right now. His club, FC Nordsjælland, a probably the best at producing talents in Denmark right now. I think they several times have had one of the lowest age averages in European football over the last 5 or so. However, many of the players they have sold abroad hasn't managed to kick on in their new clubs. That trend is maybe starting to change though. They recently sold Mohammed Kudus to Ajax, and he has managed to handle the step up very well.
I think the Neymar comparison comes from his current coach, who once said that he believes Kamaldeen has the potential to be better than Neymar. Not really a objective assessment of his potential.
