Oh and the entire pool of players not in your team is open. This will include players that are in the block list and also those that havent been mention in the drafting

@Interval will a successful block move the player to blocked list?
Nope. Just block him for that round. But assuming you successfully block someone while getting your pick successfully, you will still get a chance to block someone in subsequent rounds.
