Man for the occasion
England do always have really nice jackets. That picture looks very 90s and I love it.
Man for the occasion
Thanks palSo 2 of the best were born in Stockport and another of the best works in Stockport ?
The seeds for growth towards success have been laid down in the last few years. And Mainoo along with a few others from the youth teams developed by John Murtough will have a big bearing on how we develop as a football team in the coming years.
Sadly people are too concerned about how quickly transfers are conducted but are completely oblivious to the development and direction the players developed at youth level will have going forward.
For a 19 year old central midfielder to perform like he has done in such prestigious tournament is nothing short of spectacular imo.
He is unbelievable. Starting a EURO semifinal at 18 and being completely unfazed while dominating midfield. Can't remember seeing something similar from such a young midfielder.
He’s 19 and has played non stop since returning from an injury .If he adds long range passing and stops physically fading out of matches, we have an all-timer on hands.
I know you're probably not but I've recently learnt that while Gen Z may enjoy mocking Xennnials/Millennials, they seem to love the trail we blazed in the 90s - early 2000s.England do always have really nice jackets. That picture looks very 90s and I love it.

Gassed in the second half as usual. Stamina is his one glaring weakness that he needs to work on.
Said this during the Denmark game. I know there’s been a bit more to it with the change of formation, but it was painfully obvious before the tournament started.I keep saying, the quicker southgate realises Kobbie has to partner Rice, the more chance England have.
And to think, had Alexander Arnold and Gallagher not failed in the early (easier?) games, Mainoo may not have had a look in.Absolutely unfazed by anything. What a player, and he's ours
