Yeah that sounds about right. I think his stock was really high at the time and I remember watching it and not being able to believe it. Obviously it shouldn’t dictate how good he is as it happens. From what I recall O. Dembele had a particularly bad time of it too and he’s turned it around.

Absolutely yeah.

I mean, the best forwards get themselves into good positions and get chances - sometimes they score, sometimes they miss.

Who missed the most "big chances" in the PL last season? Salah & Harland.

Anyone can miss big chances, hardly fair to constantly beat the guy with that stick for rest of career
Crazy how people are focusing on that missed chance but forgetting we wouldnt even be in a position to win it if it wasnt for him. And Lautaro missed the 2 biggest chances in the 1st half of extra time but since Argentina won everybody forgot about it.

I only remember him missing the one from a tight angle that led to Messi scoring on the rebound.

Lautaro got slated for missing chances throughout the WC despite playing it all with an injury…

Would take him but I guess we can only offer a loan. Would PSG accept that?
I'm sure they would. Can't imagine many are able to cough up 50million for him. Only obstacle would be him wanting to return to Juve but having signed Jonathan David, they mightn't have a place for him.

He also missed a clear header as they come after Dibu's saved against Kolo...it wasn't his Cup, he reedemed himself last Copa and prior to the WC he was really great for us.

He might have been iunjured, yet I think those three (or two? I can't recall now) goals disallowed bye VAR in the game against Arabia also broke his momentum, later being subbed by Alvarez was the final touch. He really was wasteful, at the same time in typical Lautaro style, he was quite good playing as pivot, offering himself and playing good in general, but in front of the net, he was really bad in the WC.

He either has a fetish for clubs in black/white kits, or someone has tricked him into thinking he's still negotiating with Juventus. Poor guy.

It’s definitely the latter.

"You're our 12th choice, but we've always wanted to sign you"

Randal Kolo Muani has found an agreement with Juventus on a 5 years contract (1 year loan + 4 years contract). PSG and Juventus have agreed on principle on a paid loan with an option to buy but the numbers dont match yet. Juventus is expected to make another offer to PSG very soon.

Did Juve not even agree to pay his wages for a season?
PSG was not going to let him go to Juve again without a permanent transfer or obligation to buy just like Utd wouldnt have let Antony go on loan at Betis again without an obligation.

According to l'equipe, Tottenham will pay a €5M loan fee and will have an option to buy, not mandatory, amount unspecified yet.
