Leaving now doesn't make a whole lot of sense for him imo.
The old generation will now pass the torch at Bayern, it's already started happening with Lewandowski leaving. Sane should wait to see how he will fare in this new post Lewandowski and Muller reality. Only if it becomes apparent that there's no place for him there he should move.

I don't rate him, we're lacking at the time but he won't be the answer so no reason to spend a fortune to get him.
Bayern didn‘t want to sell Thiago. They very much wanted to extend his contract.
