As a highlights watcher, I'm curious how more knowledgeable people have it. I think of tier 1 as being Shoretire, Alvaro, Mengi and then it seems like tier 2 would be Hannibal, Laird and Fish and maybe Elanga or Garner or Levitt, I'm sure even that basic grouping is wrong.
