Nice. He's made for non EPL football imo. Could smash it in another league, I think he can potentially be sold for big fee if we're looking for cash.

He has been quite superb. I would think nailed on for team of the tournament if they win, good chance regardless.
One of the few quality options we have at CB. We are well and truly cursed in that position. We might be forced to look for a new CB that can stay fit
He's had a good World Cup but we all know how misleading major tournaments can be. Generally, over the course of a PL season he’s very average defensively, sometimes even a liability. He’s superb breaking lines with passing, but that’s not enough. If we can get a good fee for him, now would be the time to cash in.

He is one of the best centre-backs in the world, but he needs to stay fit and available to play regularly, even if it means being a little less aggressive.
I mean, he’s made for PL football too. When fully fit his strengths aren’t any lesser (I don’t think there’s a CB close to him at line breaking and general ball playing in England).
With Lisandro you basically the hold the flaws (aerial midget tax and takes the occasional battering) for the fact you’ve got a freakishly good CB on the ball. If you’re fine with that, he’s your LCB. That’ll be the same in Italy, Spain, Germany etc.
He's been v good overall but he had a bad game Vs Egypt. No way I can imagine he's been the best in the competition. These websites aren't a good barometer
He made a conspicuous error or two, but overall has been good, which is likely what is driving the analytics.
Cubarsi has been the best and I also think Romero has been better than Martinez but after that he's definitely up there.

Usually I agree that the best ability is availability but this man is our best CB the moment he touches the grass. I'm not thinking about selling, as frustrating as the injuries are.

Can’t imagine his injury is that bad. Didn’t have an ice pack on it. Stayed on the bench and looked fine getting his medal. He’s got 3 weeks off.

He was getting roasted, I got a weird hunch he didnt fancy it today and was maybe using an injury as an excuse. He walked off pitch unaided

Suspect he moves this summer. That injury wasn’t bad and he’s a fairly attractive proposition for clubs now who need a centre back after the good World Cup he’s had

We have to keep him unless we are making a big signing at CB to replace him. I think they might let him just play his deal out. I wouldnt be certain if he'd want to stick around beyond this deal anyway. He's too injury prone for sure but he's a class little player
