Liverpool start every season +6 points thanks to Everton. Has there ever been a more one-sided derby?

Irrational.

It’s pathetic. They have a genetic **** complex when it comes to them.

Compare this to how they went life and death against us.

I mean tbf they did destroy Liverpool's season last season when Pickford decided to superkick Van Djik.

They don't actually do the double over Everton most season's.

Most matches at Goodison end in a draw.

Don't know what you're smoking but Everton put up more in today's game than we did in our 2 games combined.

Us and Spurs was almost a foregone conclusion in the premier league era, until they pulled a few wins out of the hat in recent yrs

Everton just highlighted how much of an embarrassment we are. They provided an opponent that was 10 times more difficult than we were.

We beat them last season and if not for the shite refereeing performance could have picked up points today.

They gave more today against Liverpool. Liverpool are just better than you guys by a distance. One thing they can't be faulted on today is effort.

I remember when Dan Gosling scored to put Everton 1-0 up against them in the FA Cup and the ITV feed cut out just before so nobody saw it happen.

EDIT: I've just looked it up and it was in 2009, Everton have beaten Liverpool once since - in 2010.

I think this is only the second season in the Premier League era after 2000/2001, in which Liverpool have done the double over both Utd and Everton.

They regularly won at Goodison during the Houllier and Benitez eras, but since then the wins there have dried up (obviously not exactly a big deal all things considered during this Klopp era).

Agreed, for everything you could say about Everton today (Lack of composure/quality, tactical mistakes or timewasting) I don't think you could fault their effort.

Pool only done the double over them twice in the last 10 years, thread seems like fake news.
Everton absolutely gave everything today, put us to shame - have Pool ever had an EASIER 6 points than what we gave them this year?

Overall as a derby, Everton's record is pathetic.

Couldn’t be more off the mark. Everton are horrible to play against as today has shown.

So horrible, that aside from last year's freak packed schedule/no Liverpool centre backs/no fans season, Everton have won about 1 game in 25 years is it?
