I wondered what happened with this signing. Very happy if it goes through. That being said, I wonder what that would mean from a midfield perspective. Cover the gaps with youth players?

Also, not going to lie, I'm loving these under the radar surprise signings.
The type of player/signing made by Liverpool/Chelsea makes about 2-3 appearances and then sold to Brentford, Bournemouth for 50m in couple years.
We were linked with him back first with Monga, I'm surprised it went cold to be honest.

Tent signing
Same it's so fun. No one has a clue whats happening, half the fan base knows that these type sof signings are whats coming; the other are going crazy that we are not signing anyone because of the lack of links to more well known players through the press.
If its not Hall, I'm actually interested who our LB is that no body has heard about; if the momentum of our signings is continuing then our chances of positive signings outweighs negative ones.

I don't hate the signing. But I feel we need better midfielder for the first team first. If he comes in, he will be fifth choice midfielder behind Mount.

Same. The 2021 window where we signed Sancho, Varane and Ronaldo and stuck them all on huge wages was something I'd do on Fifa career mode as a kid. Signing lesser-known youngsters who you've done thorough scouting on is a huge part of being a successful football club.
He's surely going out on loan if he signs. It makes no sense for a young player who hasn't yet nailed down his place in a team now in League One to come and not play for United. If he can be a useful player for us in a couple of years though then that's great.

20 appearances for an 18 year old in the Championship is pretty good tbh. He's probably a step ahead of Tyler Fletcher. Maybe he's good enough to perform in an emergency scenario. Good height for a midfielder at 6'1
Seams ideal. The usual thing for an 18 year old 'is he good enough for it ' is answered if he's already played 20 times.

You think he is good enough to start games for our first team? I haven’t seen him so hope you are correct, it is a big step up from current Leicester though.
Only way it makes sense is if we buy him and loan him to a championship club, he isn’t ready for the level required yet but has a lot of ability. I hope it’s just viewed as a market opportunity rather than a third midfielder signing. Additionally, him going into academy football would cause him to stagnate if you ask me surpassed that level now.
