Luis Enrique | PSG Manager

Joao Pedro?

All the outrage online about Enrique and nothing about a grown man immediately curling into the fetal position after a hand brushes his neck shows how fecked football is.

When you win and dominate all the time…. One loss sends your head west. Enrique can’t handle the defeat.

Players always make a meal of it but the opposition should never give them a chance to. Keep your hands to your self. No one should be touching anyone with hands, especially in a sport where you play with feet

Wonder what’s been said to cause him to react like that.

It seems that Luis Enrique came to separate players and faced Joao Pedro who pushed him back, he didn't like it so he pushed him himself. The level of violence his... pretty low.

Footballers going to ground and holding their face when a a 10 year old boy or girl playing football or any other sport would just get up and get on with it will always kill me. Wish it could be removed from the game somehow but obviously impossible at this point

This, had some mates text me after watching the end of this game, and say 'that's why i can't watch your football'.

The Premier League is another animal Luis.
This has to be a joke ? IN 2025 they have 5 wins against PL clubs… That’s more than some PL clubs all season…

Perhaps not one of the great sides after all eh.
The greatest half season (until this final)… Next season they will be the team to beat.

I hope we get a Barcelona PSG.

Isn't that four wins, not five?

5 wins from the 8 match ups this season

PSG 0-3 Chelsea

PSG 2-1 Arsenal
Arsenal 0-1 PSG

PSG 3-1 Villa
Villa 3-2 PSG

PSG 0-1 Liverpool
Liverpool 0-1 PSG

PSG 4-2 City

In 2025, Paris played 7 games against english sides in the CL. Paris won 5 of the 7. That’s a 71.4 % win rate. It is higher than Liverpool’s win percentage in the league at 65%…

If we include this defeat to Chelsea the PSG’s win percentage vs PL sides drops to 62.5%… lower than Liverpool but still higher than Arsenal and City.

When we try to make Liverpool’s win rate more representative of their strength vis à vis the PL, and take out the 6 wins vs the 3 championship clubs (no disrespect), Liverpool win percentage drops to 59,3%…. Which is lower than what PSG managed in 2025 against the PL’s top 6.

Agreed. LE's behaviour is completely unacceptable, that goes without saying, but the reaction to the contact is pathetic, probably the most embarrassing thing about elite football.

Glad that we have sorted this PSG is not in fact one of the greatest teams ever in history on par with etc

Ouch

When we decided to change the manager and we had a meeting with Luis, we told him we were going in that direction. It's Luis who told Neymar "it's better if you leave and dont play", he told him straight to his face. Because he thinks about football in a different way, he thinks about the team and playing the guys who worked the hardest during the week at training, the ones who are totally involved in the team project.

So, two CL finals in a row. Barring an absolute travesty for football, he'll win the CL twice in a row too. Could he in any way whatsoever be tempted as he's pretty much done everything possible at PSG (barring continued CL domination)? He's the standout manager globally, would he work with this United hierarchy? I mean, they at least have to sound the guy out.

I've been saying it's a pipe dream and it's completely impossible, and it very very very likely is, I just wonder if he does a CL repeat if he's taken them as far as he can and if he fancies an enormous challenge.

Honestly, do you see our forwards being able to press like this PSG team? Don't think this level is achievable for most of our players tbh.

He would probably want to win 3 in a row if he wins it this season again

Just throw £150 million at him and see what happens. If he says no at least we tried
