I think the best defense out of the 7 teams are:

3. Chelsea (No European Comp, so they don't need depth)
4. Liverpool
I think the best midfield are:
1. Arsenal
2. Liverpool
3 & 4. United & Chelsea (No European Comp, so they don't need depth).
Note: City could be no 2 if they sign Enzo or top midfielder. I just think losing Rodri, Silva and González and replaced them with Anderson & Bouaddi only is not enough. They massively downgrade the midfield in term of both experience and depth.
