I can't imagine people at the club (Ratcliffe etc) will be anywhere near the basketball team and its decisions making on a day to day basis.
I'd guess they'll be paying us a yearly fee to use the name and a version of the badge.
I'm not sure it will tbh. It's a tiny sport in the UK especially when it comes to the domestic game.
