He lived in poor health post-career, and a blood clot on the brain is very serious at any age, let alone 60. I’m not surprised, but it’s very sad news.

Shame we've lost one of, if not the, players of all time. I can't say I'm shocked to hear of this news having seen how he lives his life and even looking at him. Tragic to die so young all the same. I wish the non footballing part of his life had been different though.

Just listened to Tim Vickery on Talksport. He said in Argentina he was treated like a god and basically said he thinks that what affected his life, because he wasn't a god.
