EFL rules state that a player must have signed for their club no later than 12pm the previous day to be eligible to play in the competition.
Wouldn't expect to have seen him anywhere other than in the stands, may not have even met players until tonight as could have been doing promo bits at Old Trafford today.

Can’t think of anything he’d say about him though. He’s probably never seen him play
I watch quite a bit of Bayern Munich like the cultured footballing connoisseur that I am. But when he has the ball, I have not seen him ping it all over the place, do you have a memory in you head of him doing that? I don’t.

Souness probably

That foul that was given against him  absolutely nonsense. Looks like he's come at the right time for us

Probably would have had an assist there late on.

Won the ball cleanly and laid it off for Marcus who was free.

Garbage call.

Impressed considering what he came into.

He looked good. Will be nice to see him with 11 players.

Terrible decision from the ref for the freekick. That was a great tackle and Rashford would have been through.

I would play him at the base of the midfield for the next 3 games.

Thought he looked quite good. Will need him for Leeds x2 and Leicester.

Liked what I saw from that cameo. Had a great tackle that the idiot of a referee went against too. Looking forward to seeing him play under normal circumstances.

Him and Fred is going to give our midfield a lot of energy for the next 3 games.

Tenacious and strong in the tackle. Good cameo.

Would like to see him alongside Case

He looks like someone with a lot of energy but too early to judge. If his intensity is as good as Fred's, he will be very useful for us.

About to find out a whole lot about him next 3 games. Solid debut under ridiculous circumstances.
