That's why it's important to know more than just the scoreline. He played well - was MoTM.
Barca missed a lot of chances - including a pen - and should have been up by 4 or so. With their high-line and chasing the equaliser they conceded two late goals (+90), which skewed the scoreline.

I watched the game.
To get man of the match when your team has been thumped would require an incredible performance. It pretty much never happens.
Good finish for the goal but outside that it was just an ok performance.

Don't know about that one. Sevilla where all over them the entire 1st half and probably should have been 3 or 4 up going into the break. On Rashford he played fine, he started on the right and was on the peripherals at bit too much, every thing seemed to go down the left. Got moved to the left and was a lot more of a threat. He wasn't at fault today for the attack looking dull, Lewa and Torres had a stinker.
Just saying he wasn't man of the match. Whoever named him so got wrong. Was just an ok performance with a decent goal.

I was listening to one of the Catalan radio stations, and they were saying that he was probably Barça’s best player today. However, they were also complaining that Barça’s pressing has dropped a lot this year, and that he’s one of the reasons why.
Have you seen Barcelona's defence in the past 2 games? I mean their defence isnt a strong point at the best of times but its chaos the past 2 games. Its almost reminds me of us 2 seasons ago where we averaged 20 shots against us. Sevilla broke away with a cross across the goal and missing like 4 times

We have some seriously bitter fans. There was a post yesterday slagging off Antony, Garnacho and Rashford yesterday basically calling them garbage all season at their new clubs which is nonsense for all of them.
Garnacho probably had his best game yesterday for Chelsea but because he didn't score or assist they call him trash.
Rashford has been excellent for Barcelona but for him they ignore goals and assists and call him trash if the team loses.
They are pathetic.
He's a brilliant footballer when deployed in an rapid transition attacking team. He'd do just as well managed by Enrique or Klopp.
He should score far more goals than he does. Misses too many easy chances. If he converted half of them, he'd be challenging for golden boots every year.

It really depends on him. If he continues like this they'll be happy to sign him as long as the wages are reasonable
It all depends on what you need of your attackers. Not all setups require the attackers to spent energy pressing without the ball.

Its not tracking back, its pressing. Barcas defensive setup is based on the press working. You cant play that high a line and not press well.
You cant play the way the defence played in the past 2 games in any system

Pretty natural that I think. A poor team performance and he was the only one who did anything.
But he wasn't some transformed player. Just the same guy. A lot of slow, ponderous, scruffy stuff but capable of moments.
Reminds me of 27 year old Rooney. You're not getting 90 mins of performance anymore but a capability to produce moments.
