The sooner he goes, the better, so people can stop wasting so much time and energy into pretending that he's good, so that they can prove how they are 'better fans'. He's never been good enough to be here in all honesty and having a-few good games along the way doesn't prove otherwise.

Does anyone remember his shinagians in 2012 when he just wrecked us in that 4-4 game and that game sort of destroyed our title hopes. There were other games but that just seems the catalyst. Have we all unkowlingly held a grudge against him for this hence why he was never really loved here, as well as the obvious. He was excellent that game. Set up Pienaar and I think he scored 2 as well did he not?
Nah he scored one. Jelavic ran us ragged that day and got 2.

This. Same with the undying support Moyes and LVG had by people desperate to proove they're 'better fans'.

Ice Cream and Jelly when Fellaini goes.

Totally agree, no clue why we are still trying to convince him to stay, he's clearly not committed to the club, not to mention clearly not good enough as well. If this was Martial Mourinho would have personally escorted him to another club. I really hope as soon as Fred is confirmed this saga about Fellaini will end and he'll be out the door. It's an absolute disgrace how a goddamn awful player can hold a team like Man Utd hostage.

I believe this is also another reason why SAF was such a good manager, he only had players that were fully committed and got rid of the Fellaini's that had a disgraceful attitude. Once this joke of a player (Fellaini) finally leaves I'm gonna hold a party every year on the same date to celebrate.

I wouldn't have minded so much had he signed the contract in December, January but now when there is only 1 month left, it is clear he doesnt want to stay but the problem is no other club is going to pay his stupid wage demand. Resigning him now would be a big slap on the club's face.

Can't wait for him to be out of our club. He is awful and he's played 155 games for us, 155 too many. We will probably end up keeping him when he realises how ridiculous he wage demands are. I sorely hope he's played his last game for us though. We have to do better.

What do you mean "nah"? He was excellent that day. Which has feck all to do with how good he's been in a United shirt, or whether we should be offering him a fat contract right now. What is it with certain posters getting so wrapped up in hating a player that they have to create fictions about previous performances?

Alright. Apologies. Thought you meant “nah” he wasn’t excellent. I remember that game with excruciating clarity!
He's had good games both for and against us. I have praised him in this thread when he's played well this season but ultimately, I would rather see him leave, in all honesty.

I remember a certain Welbeck playing a stormer in that match, now there's a player I rate :wenger:

Belgium's best player tonight. Bullied Dier and Loftus Cheek today.

You know he can actually play. Some of the stuff said about him is shameful.

Anyone can look competent in a good team. 99% of what he does remains simple passes to more talented players.

Horrible player to play against. The type everyone hates but are glad they play for you. Well done tonight...

Played well, albeit for Belgium's second team against England's second team.

There is nothing wrong with him being a squad player here. Good game.

He shouldn’t be anywhere near our starting 11 next season, but he had a good game! Looked like he had a rocket up his ass!

Reading the reactions on transfer thread over the last 48 hours, if one had never seen him play, you'd imagine him a 3rd division player who's favourite passtime was publicly wiping his backside on the Man Utd badge.
Then you actually see todays game and see quickly why Mourinho likes him.

Good game, although he is still ridiculously limited in possession. The man doesn't have any vision at all
