Brilliant finish.
He left a Watford player on his backside leading up to the goal as well.
We’re really lucky to have a young player like him.

If he can grow in confidence and get on the ball more, his potential is outrageous. Understandably at the moment seems to hide a bit, but his finishing is outrageous.

6 goals in the Prem now. Not bad for a bit part player working on finding his feet in the first team. Still young and contributing to goalscoring early is excellent to see.

No issues with him playing out wide at the moment; but on a separate point, he’s going to be a striker.

His finishing is outstanding.

Showed his quality in the 2nd half after a quiet first half. Created space for a decent right-foot shot that Foster saved with his foot. Brilliant move for his goal and super finish. Also came up with a couple of imaginative passes in the 2nd half.

showed his quality with the run and goal. Give him space he will punish you. Anonymous first half and does have games where he isnt involved that much but that should improve as he continues to develop.

I knew he get a chance today even if he wasn't totally on it.

Great finish. He's a special talent.

This guy has so much quality. He looks incredibly assured in what he does, which for me is the trait of a United player and something we didn't have anywhere on the pitch for a long while.

He makes his own goals too, isn't just waiting to get on the end of balls. The way he positioned himself after passing it then called for it back before confidently smashing it in was sublime.

Excellent from Mason. First goal in a few weeks so I’m glad it came.

Top drawer at touch and finish. He sets it out, and you know it’s arrowing into the top corner.

I just have that confidence that he can hit the target if given just half a yard space.

My god did he find the top bin today.

Gave the keeper a couple of testers and then was ice cold for his goal, he's a mega talent IMO and if we get the front 3 coached better he'll really excel as today he was often too wide and detached from the play.

The boy can finish!

I'm so confident in his finishing ability, if he picks the ball up around the penalty area I feel as though he'll convert 9/10.

So the club unearthed yet another gem.

Seriously, what other big world team does this?

Rashford and Greenwood could be our forwards for the next 10+ years. Both from the academy.

Don’t be silly. Our academy has nothing on those multi-championship winning Chelsea and City youth teams.

Ha ha very true. The difference is we play our academy lads in the first team whilst they just leave them to fester in the youth leagues.

You can add Liverpool to that list too. Only really United, and maybe Arsenal, who are willing to give their lads minutes

Needs to play more narrow to get in to the game.

Play Rashford & Greenwood narrow - drop wide on the counter only.

Martial false 9.

Goals galore.

Bruno Fernandes behind.

It always feels like your son is scoring when Mason delivers.

Now he needs an outrageous volley goals to complete his transformation into a carbon copy of RVP.

The talent is always there. I'm more impressed with his willingness to get rough on the 2nd half.

You need two attacking FB to make this work.

What a find!!! fcuk Haaland. We don't need him when we have this kid to grow alongside Rashford over next coming years.

Todays goal reminded me of some of Cantona's very best goals.

Is this breakout season of his even better than Rooney's first season for us?

I think it will work. Whenever James play TV Wan Bissaka struggled to get forward but when Greenwood plays and has the space to cut in - Wan Bissaka did make runs and crosses. He did do it today aswell, not alot but again Greenwood didn't cut in alot either.

We have Williams as well.

Still - that's easily the best front 3 we have in the best set up that's already been played just a bit narrower should do.

Absolutely wonderful finish. The buildup before that was great as well. It's amazing how composed he is in front of goal, especially for a player this age

Kinda did his usual where he wasn’t really in the game bar a moment or two. At times I’d actually forgotten he was on the pitch but man that goal. When I saw it shaping was never really in doubt.

He does have to start getting involved in games and having more of an impact throughout them as at times he’s just a bit of a passenger But man can the boy finish. Can’t wait to see more development out of him.
