Baring in mind he doesn’t play for the leagues best team though… you’d expect a player from PSG to get the top goalscorer every season. The guys class… he’d bang a lot more goals in playing for a better team than Marseille.
Seperate the man from the talent - Greenwood is pushing world class. If he hadn’t missed two seasons of football he’d probably be there.

It is pretty obvious that a couple of top clubs will be in for him. PSG, Real or Barca i could imagine. I dont think a club like Bayern would go for him or someone from the PL (not yet).
Given the total lack of talented strikers around at the moment, he will be snapped up in no time. Right we did what we did, but of all the shite players it could have been. Probably the only player from that squad who is at a level to significantly improve us.
I don't even think Amorim is even here if Greenwood was able to still play for us. We'd have hired someone more suited to get the best out of him or play a formation more suited to him.
Can’t see Barca stumping up the money Marseille would want. They’d wait till he’s out of contract. PSG is the most realistic option I think

Only 2.4bn spent since 2011 with a negative net spend of 1.5bn. In contrast to the rest of the league. The next closest is Marseille on -240m, only 2 other clubs with negative net spends in the same period are Chelsea's offshore bank account and the other Paris team.
Edit: the UEFA rulea are pretty much the main reason they've cut back, 3 of their top 5 most expensive signings have been in the last 5 years.

I'm not defending PSG in any way shape or form. Of course they crush everyone in Ligue Une and of course they heavily outspend the rest of the league.
But their main priority is/was winning the CL - and that means spending on the same order of magnitude as the other CL contenders.
It's the same shit as Bayern Munich minus the petrostate.
What do you expect them to do, exactly? I don't like them for the Qatar side of things but for the football side of things, they're basically Bayern. Outspend the rest of the league. win mostly all the time and try to win the CL by spending heavily, much more than the rest of the league.
I actually prefer them to Bayern in this regard, because they rarely pluck from their own league but from abroad. When they do pluck from the French League they pay lots of money, which is good for other clubs in the league. Bayern pluck from Bundesliga much more and often do it through free transfers.
