Is he injured? Seems to have come from nowhere

I know he isn't the most popular guy but his performances this season I felt have been very good and was one of the most important players

I wouldn't bat an eyelid if he is in the team or not if he didn't have those good moments to remind us of his quality, and feel he is quite a good option to have

small knock in training according to Carrick. Doesn't sound too bad but you know how it is with Mount.

Even when he returns to fitness, it’s hard to see where Mason fits into the squad except as a sub for Bruno or Kobbie when we have an insurmountable lead.

He can also play on the wings. Not ideal but any role behind the forward he offers cover. Different profile to the players we have too.

Hes been deployed on the wing and he really can't. He has no speed and ends up just cutting back or passing backwards. He can fill in behind the striker but he's got a lot of people in front of him for that.

I agree with the poster who replied to you. We can put Mason out wide left or right, but he's in no way a concern to opposing fullbacks. This is a concern we proabbly don't need to worry much about right, and in any event Mason is a decent squad to fill in behind Bruno and Kobbie and that should be good enough.

The wages are a different issue, but it is what it is.

Good player. Can probably do that free-roaming forward role that Cunha is doing, although with his own style. Offers something different, and great tactical discipline and work rate. Is he on crazy wages like >200k? If not then I see no reason to let him go. Useful player.

He is the 3rd highest earner at the club with 250 per week.

It will definitely have impact on other players and their morale, if they see us letting go all high earnings (Casemiro, Rashford) or at least try to get them to reduced wages (Maguire) and on the other hand, this guy is stealing a living with earning 250k a week and barely plays. I assume he would still have a contract for another few years. Best possible option is to move him on, the likes of Everton and Westham have this fetish to get overly paid stars from big 6 clubs. Lets try to fleece them again.

I'll gladly pay you back entire £55m fee you paid for Mount if you please just take back Garnacho and give us a partial 70% refund.

It warms the heart a little to know we've sold you a dud in reply to you selling us a dud.

Garnacho may have been shite for you but at least he's fit and available to play. Mount can't manage 5 games in a row.

At least Mount is a good lad, Garnacho on the other hand needs to still grow up.

I'll take Mount with all his injury problems and give you your £55m back. Just take Garnacho back please.

We can't sell him due to his wages right?

The hate Ugarte gets compared to this guy is jaw dropping.

He needs to go ASAP. Is completely obsolete as a player because he is 3rd choice at LM at 3rd choice in CAM.

Do we loan him out to somebody?

Ugarte is always in the squad so you can never forget that he is here. Mount is just forgettable as you only see hik once every 6 months.
